Picturesque Property and Beautiful Home for our Family Retreat!
"Words cannot express the wonderful time we had at the Coco Farm Estate. We were very fortunate to have found this amazing property for our family gathering. The house is spacious with beautiful light streaming in throughout the house. Everything was decorated so nicely and all of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The great room was perfect for our family game nights and afternoon naps. The house was also child friendly so that we didn’t have to schlep up too many toys. We enjoyed wading through the streams, jumping into the swimming pond and picking a few salad greens from the garden. We had a family of deer visit us a few times during the evenings while we enjoyed the back deck, and even saw a blue heron (I think!) hunt for small fish in the streams. While there was plenty of nature and scenery to enjoy at the house, we drove to Ashokan reservoir for a nice walk along the paved walkway, shopped in Woodstock and treated ourselves to a spa afternoon at the Emerson Resort and Spa. All of these destinations no more than 15 minutes drive from Coco Farm.
I would recommend going to the Hurley Ridge Market for groceries and nicer quality produce and meats. There is an IGA nearby in Boiceville, which is fine for basics, but the produce was not so great and rotted within a day. We also got a fantastic recommendation from Cristina for quality meats (ribs, lamb, burgers, etc…)which was Applestone Meats (they delivered!). FYI, Cristina was very accessible throughout the booking process and has a dedicated team of individuals who live locally for any housekeeping/property issues.
It was a perfect Catskill getaway for our family, and we hope to return next summer…if not sooner! - The Mekala Family"

"We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean and ready for us as promised. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the dining table was perfect for all (10) of us, and the bedrooms and "attic" space offered plenty of sleeping room for both couples & singles. The view from the upstairs balcony is incredible, the grounds are perfectly landscaped, the deck is lovely with plenty of seating, the hot tub was perfect for the slight evening chill, and the fire pit/seating area was great for making s'mores! We also enjoyed watching the deer that were feeding near by. Just FYI, there were a couple of dogs that wandered over while we were staying. Not a problem, as they were friendly, but if someone had allergies to pet dander, that would've been a problem as they just walked right up onto the porch. I think they belong to the neighbor(?). Wi-Fi was spotty, but not a problem - we were only using it to stream music. We did not use the grill because my friends preferred charcoal, so they brought their own. We were able to make some pretty fancy meals, and we had a lovely time. I hope we can stay here again next year."

"Bruna and her family are wonderful and this cabin is rustic but has everything you need. Incredibly clean. A very short walk into Tivoli and only 15min drive to Rhinebeck. We will be back without a doubt!"
