  • A weekend at the Tower House

"We stayed at the House the weekend of our daughter's wedding at Raphael Vineyards. The house was amazing and every bit as wonderful as the wedding! Family and friends gathered at the house before and after the wedding. It was very warm and welcoming. The wedding party dressed at the house and many of the pre-wedding pictures were taken there. All spectacular! The beds were comfortable, the house clean, the kitchen to die for and the setting and grounds were magnificent. We are already planning our next stay."

  • Fabulous Rental - Southold

"My family rented this home for a week while attending a family reunion in Southold. The house was very reasonably priced and had everything we needed to throughly enjoy our stay. This house has a beautiful location, quiet and close to everything we wanted. It's "fully stocked" with EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable, very enjoyable stay. It has a very nice large deck and BBQ. The kitchen is complete, bedrooms big and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and Horton's point. Close to the Wineries. With out a doubt a First Class / 5 star rental at a GREAT price. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely rent again ... as a matter of fact hoping to do so again next summer. WE LOVED IT"

  • Great house on the Lake with wonderful views.

"I recently spent a week in August at the house. My family and I had one of the best vacations we have ever had. The location of this house on Lake Montauk was so enjoyable. Each day my kids would be Paddle Boarding and Kayaking on the Lake multiple times a day. When they were done the would jump in the pool and hang out on the deck over looking the beautiful property. The house had plenty of room for us (we were 8), and could easily hold more. It was in very easy live in condition, so we did not need to buy very much stuff. The owner was a very easy going friendly guy who had the right answer for every question I had. I would highly recommend this house and hope to be back there next summer."

  • Location, Location, Location !!

"We spent one week here in late June 2014, before the official start of the season. This house is located in the Culloden section of Montauk, on the bay side. It is a very charming neighborhood and in fact we met some nice people that lived down the street. Everyone was very friendly. This area is known for its Leisureama houses.(These were sold by Macy's in the 1960's)... You can look it up on the internet !! There is easy walking access….. about 50 yards to a private beach. The house is very "beachy" Nautical themed furnishings. The house is fully equipped down to the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles. The kitchen has everything you might pot, microwave, toaster oven, D/W…. The house is an upside down house. 2 bedrooms down stairs with a large common area and addtional sofa beds if needed. On the second level, there are two BR's, kitchen, common area, and there is a large deck with seating, propane BBQ…. owner supplied two extra tanks which were filled with propane. There is W/D in the lower level and an extra refrigerator. All the bedding appeared new…. sheets, comforters, etc. The beds are all comfortable….. no sagging mattresses. There is fast wireless internet and two flat screen LCD TV's on each level… with cable. no problem… all easy to operate. The house is located very close to Gosman's…. restaurants, ice cream, fresh fish market….. awesome.( We BBQ'd three times… .some of the best fresh fish we ever had). Nearby is a very good wine store. The neighborhood feels very safe and is away from the young crowds that populate the ocean side…. e.g. Ditch Plains. Montauk is a small town, and we drove around town, Montauk harbor, Montauk lighthouse…. everything is within a few miles drive. The only negative… is that the kitchen despite brand new appliances… is a bit dated…. flooring and countertops need attention. Downstairs the carpet is a bit tired. But this does not detract from its utility. A large family will have an awesome time here. BTW… there is a ceiling fan in every BR which will be helpful during hotter weather. Have a great time at this house. We would definitely rent it again. The owner was very responsive, knows the area intimately and we communicated easily with text messaging !!!"
