"The house met all the needs of my week stay in Fire Island. It is in a great location in Ocean Bay right next to the market and Flynn's. My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be looking to rent in the future. The house is very big and spacious and sleeps a lot of people comfortably."

"Don't know how there aren't any reviews for this gem of a beach cottage! We stayed for an extended 3 day weekend. The house had everything we needed, the bikes were awesome! And we are literally a 2 min walk to the beach and from the ferry drop off! We will be back for sure!"

"My husband and I have rented a lot of different houses in Dunewood, Fair Harbor, and Seaview. This is far and away the nicest: it's in great condition with the perfect layout (bedrooms downstairs, big open living area upstairs), it's breezy (a lot of older houses in FI have strangely poor air circulation), and oh that view! It's one house in from the ocean, but the houses are staggered so you can really see the surf, plus you're up high so there are views in every direction. We were tempted to spend the whole day on the upper level. It's comfortable and not cluttered with the owner's stuff. There's a great new outdoor shower and a new gas grill. The kitchen is modern and has all the tools you need. Our only complaint was that the outdoor dining furniture was a little too wide for the deck so we had trouble getting our guests around the table -- we all sat on one side. Not a big deal. I would rent this house again in a second."
