  • Excellent property.

"My family and I rented this property and had a wonderful experience! We loved the house because it was clean and roomy. You can definitely spread out and not feel crowded. The deck was great and the location of the house was also perfect. Close to town and close to Ditch Plains which is beautiful. Also a short ride to Hither Hills, another beautiful beach. The renting process was a breeze and the owners were beyond pleasant. Renting this property was a pleasure!"

  • Loved it!

"My husband and I wanted a nice spot to relax with our 13 month old and this was it! Lots of space for all to play and the pool out back was lovely. Everything was well kept and clean, just as the listing said. Kevin was great as well. Just a short drive to the beach and to town. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay."

  • Everything You Need, Right Here.

"My wife and I stayed here for a week, without guests, in July,2014, and we just had the most relaxing time, even while maintaining a lot of on the go activities, as we are not sit around and read type of people. It's hard to believe how isolated you are here, even though you are close to everywhere you want to be, like the beach, or Montauk, or Sag Harbor, or East Hampton, or Amagansett Square, which we really liked. I mean, you are not visible by neighbors anywhere on this property, THAT'S how private it is. The house is very charming, with so much attention to detail from corner to corner. It's obvious a lot of love went into this house for many years. All of the bedrooms are really nicely done. After a week there, you feel like it's your own place, which is good because you then want to take extra good care of it. We certainly didn't want to leave when our time was up. There's a lot of fun to be had in the Hamptons, I'll say that. We loved our long bike ride out to Lazy Point, it's so beautiful out there you have to check that out. Also, we indulged in dinner at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, Navy Beach, Nick and Toni's, and a concert at The Montauk Surf Lodge. Also, a fun excursion was wine tasting at Wolffer's. And antique shopping in East Hampton. There's just so much to do there! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We are active people, and only scratched the surface of things to do in a week's time. If you are a more relaxed, sedate type, then perfect. This is the place for you as well. The owners, Wendy and Peter, take great pride in this wonderful little cottage, and they really care about you enjoying yourself. That was excellent, that they were available anytime you might have needed them. Very nice people. We were lucky to have one of the great summer weeks of all time, with sunshine and temps in the 70's. It felt like a summer from another era, it felt an like old time Hampton's summer, if that makes any sense... It was a vacation I'll never forget."

  • Perfect Weekend Getaway Home

"Our stay at Ken’s house was one of the most pleasant and memorable weekends my friends and I had in a long time! The house was perfectly nestled on a quiet road, and it was so nice to escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. If you are looking for tranquility and being surrounded by nature, this spot is your best bet in Southampton! We relaxed in Ken’s wonderful hot tub and pool, and spent so much time outside soaking in some sun on his beautiful grounds and large deck. The house itself was very spacious yet cozy, and could have everything you could ever ask for in a weekend getaway home. Great amenities, great accommodations. Ken was such a gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed – from directions to cab companies to restaurant recommendations – Ken was always on call to make sure we felt right at home!"
