  • Birthday Weekend in the Hamptons

"From the beginning of my planning to have a birthday weekend out of the city, this property was #1 on my list. The description/photos here on the site are entirely accurate and beautiful but don't even come close to depicting truly how spacious and grand this property is. Leeanna was wonderful and responsive from the beginning-- quick on email and helpful in person-- even on site, she came over within 15 minutes of every request to help us (whether to turn on the outdoor heaters or show us how to operate the hot tub/spa). The house is beautiful, two floors (and a rooftop) of spacious and comfortable living space-- big couches in the round to watch TV in the living room, a GIANT dining room table with enough room to seat almost my entire 16 person party for a family style dinner (that we cooked with all of the cookware/ serve ware available to you in the kitchen), bedrooms on both floors (with a kitchenette in the bunkroom downstairs), and large bathrooms with jacuzzi baths. The flow of the living room/kitchen counters is great-- allowed everyone to have somewhere to sit/ be if they wanted to play cards or Catchphrase or eat snacks, etc. Grab a plush velour bathrobe (there are like 8 of them!) and head down the rock steps through the green green grass yard to the pool deck. The pool was covered (as it was November, obviously), but the bonfire pit room was enclosed and romantic and the fire was easy to use, and the hot tub area had ample towels for our use. The hot tub was a perfect respite from the cold. Plus it was HUGE-- fit about 10 of us! We played Bocce ball in the yard, took a little walk/hike through the fall foliage, enjoyed the views from the rooftop with a glass of wine-- all in all it was the perfect way to spend my birthday-- out of the city and in Leeanna's beautiful, relaxing family retreat! Thanks Leeanna! Hope to be back soon!"

  • Wonderful Stay in the Hamptons

"My family consisting of 6 individuals and a pet stayed at this vacation home in July 2014 and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, well-maintained, and tidy upon our arrival. The pictures, specifications, amenities, and description all accurately represented the vacation home. Each of the three bedrooms was spacious and clean. Each of the two bathrooms was also very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing any meal of the day and dining in. The BBQ propane tank came full. The pool and the patio set were a bit far away from the house, making the backyard a bit bare. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the Hamptons. Bonus: We saw dear around every day, and all throughout the day."

  • Fabulous 4th of July with Family

"We had such a lovely time in Vir's home for the 4th of July. I live in the city and went out east with my boyfriend and my parents visiting from Texas. The house was immaculate, we loved that it was in the Springs- a lovely more secluded area. The house is perfect for 2 couples or possibly a family with 2 young children at most. They provided beach chairs, towels and your basic beach needs as well as towels and linens. The kitchen was newly updated if not brand new very nice with everything you could need. There was also a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the house. Arranging our stay with Vir was simple, and he was very accommodating in helping us when we had questions about out out stay. My dad is an engineer and my boyfriend is a designer and they LOVED the house for it's design and details. There are so many houses in the Hamptons that are designed like bad Shabby Chic or even look like they haven't had new linens since the 90's. Finding Vir's home was so refreshing and being in such a lovely well designed and well decorated home truly added to our vacation experience."

  • Lovely East Hampton home

"My husband, four-year-old son, and I stayed at this beautiful home for a week in August. The house is very roomy and comfortable, with several air conditioners and ceiling fans. It was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, and included a gorgeous swimming pool, washer/dryer, and porch. The owner is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Our four-year-old loved his room (which is decorated for a child) and adored walking up and down the staircase and playing in the living room. Both bathrooms contain tubs and showers and there is also an outdoor shower. The pool is perfect and you have a nice view of it from the dining area. Our only complaint was that there were many bees near the pool (perhaps a bee hive is right there) but the owner responded immediately by getting an exterminator. We went to the beach six days in a row and loved being able to get back from the lovely, nearby restaurants within only a few minutes to put our son to bed. The house is also not far from town so you can experience walking around E Hampton and going to the shops (and in our case- large playground) there. I would definitely recommend this home (but I hope the owner saves a week for us!). We could not have been happier."
