"Great little place in Remsensburg. It's a block from the bay and 10 minutes from the main strip with stores, etc. i think the pictures accurately reflect the house. It's a nice size for 5-6 people. The pool is a decent size. It ranges from 3-5 feet deep so it's good for kids. The only "downside" is there are no linens provided - so don't forget to pack towels, sheets, bath mats, etc. but the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots/pans and there is a washer dryer which is helpful. We had a great relaxing time and would go back again. Christine was very nice and was great about communicating."

"My wife and I have been coming to Montauk for many years and we just spent a wonderful weekend at the waterfront cottage. The sunsets in the evening are spectacular through the Dining room in the rear of the cottage that are viewed through multiple sliding glass doors. The pond offers a calming feel especially with the glimmering sunlight upon it.The cottage enables the renter to fully relax as the cottage is secluded but you can still access main street with a brisk walk or very short car ride. There are no noisy neighbors to contend as you would have renting a townhouse. The back yard is spacious for a BBQ, a catch with family or just to sit and relax and read a book. The bedrooms are a fine size and offer plenty of natural light. The open concept gives the cottage a spacious feel. We will absolutely be back next fall."

"We just returned from our stay in Bridgehampton. This house was the perfect rental for us because we were vacationing with our 5 month old and his grandparents. We made so many outstanding family memories. The owner of the property made staying here such a relaxing treat! Everything you need to make meals, swim in the tranquil pool, and hit the beach is provided. I went for a nice bike ride every morning with the bikes provided-it was a great way to explore the area. The grounds and interior are immaculate (very important to us because of our baby). We felt right at home! We walked into town for coffee, dinner, and shopping. The antique design of the house shines with all the modern amenities. Beds were comfy and the layout of the house works well. Clearly the owner takes pride in the property. He even gave us tips on traveling to and from the house. I would not hesitate to rent this home again and recommend it to friends and family."
