"We visited from NYC without a car, rented bikes in town. The house was in the perfect location- we didn't feel restricted without a car and was able to get around everywhere easily. The house is in a quiet location with a great back deck area."

"Over the course of our 7-day stay in a two-bedroom apartment at Kenny's Tipperary Inn, we experienced service that made us feel like family. Jamie did everything to make our stay feel as relaxing as we hoped it would be. Owner, Ed Kenny was on premise and continued to make any effort to make our stay a real pleasure. The full-size kitchen made it very easy to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone in our family.
We will be coming back!!!"

"This beach house has all the amenities to make it comfortable, but it also feels like a real beach house. We kept the windows open every night to fall asleep to the sounds of the surf. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There's an awesome whole-house sound system, a wrap around deck with a large table on the back deck for dining, an outside shower, an ice maker in the shed, and the beds were all very comfortable. The owner is extremely nice and was always available to answer questions. If you're a surfer, the best surfing spot is right across the road! Good restaurants are minutes away, either in the town or at the harbor, but the house is in a very quiet area, rather off the beaten path. It's a great place to stay in Montauk, and if we return to the area it's where we will stay."

"My wife and I have been coming to Montauk for many years and we just spent a wonderful weekend at the waterfront cottage. The sunsets in the evening are spectacular through the Dining room in the rear of the cottage that are viewed through multiple sliding glass doors. The pond offers a calming feel especially with the glimmering sunlight upon it.The cottage enables the renter to fully relax as the cottage is secluded but you can still access main street with a brisk walk or very short car ride. There are no noisy neighbors to contend as you would have renting a townhouse. The back yard is spacious for a BBQ, a catch with family or just to sit and relax and read a book. The bedrooms are a fine size and offer plenty of natural light. The open concept gives the cottage a spacious feel. We will absolutely be back next fall."
