Great family vacation in the perfect spot.
"We were a large family group who made the trip over from the UK to stay in Laura & Richard's Hamptons Home. The house was just perfect for us and had all the amenities we could ask for, a home from home. Its ideally set out for kids, with all the toys and games to keep them occupied and the WIFI kept our teenager happy. We had a disabled member of our group and as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor it was easily accessible. Its location is ideal and offers day trips to both Coopers Beach in Southampton and Long Beach Sag Harbour within easy reach, and as its set out of town you get the peace of the woods and a pool where you have privacy. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a Hamptons break."

"Perfectly located between East Hampton, Southampton and Sag Harbour. Beautifully maintained house, gardens and pool. Interior is beautiful. Owners were extremely helpful and were happy to help with anything. The Dockside restaurant in Sag Harbour was one of our favourites. Schiavoni's Market in Sag Harbour was also very good with a large choice of food. Mecox beach had fabulous surfing but would advise taking a picnic as there is limited food choice available.
We would defiantly come back to the house and would recommend it highly to others!"

"Just wanted to say thank you for allowing our family to experience a memorable 2 weeks at your lovely home. The house is just beautiful! Spacious enough for my adult children and 3 young grandsons. We loved the backyard with the beautiful deck, child proof fenced in pool and great jungle gym. Everything we needed was right there - we never had to leave the house! The location is perfect too - close to Southampton and Sag Harbor! We hope to make this a family tradition."

"This is my second review after my second stay at this amazing house. This trip was a bit longer (at about 1 1/2 months) and beyond being even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, the house is just such a comfortable place to feel like you are actually living in The Hamptons. EVERYTHING you will need is waiting for you in the beautiful kitchen. The living spaces (inside and out) are generous and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with great pillows and sheets. And the baths are lovely with a great whirlpool in the master that overlooks the grounds and gets the most gorgeous light at the end of the day.
And the location of the house is just perfect: Minutes from Southampton Village, a short and beautiful ride through the woods to Sag Harbour, 20 minutes to Riverhead and then back East and on to the North Fork and wine country, and literally a 4 minute drive to The Jitney which can take you to Manhattan in 2 hours!
And finally, if your sister or best friend were loaning you their house, they would likely not be as kind and caring and helpful and generous with their time and suggestions as the wonderful owners of this property who genuinely make everyone feel like family. I LOVE dog people! And just to be clear, if you do not have a dog or two to bring along, the house is absolutelyspotless and you would never know that so many 4-legged guests have visited and had the time of their lives!"
