"This is the perfect place for someone who knows the "Hamptons" and what things cost and where things are. The decorated interiors belong in a magazine( the owners must be involved in the industry's) and the location is great for bay and ocean. Zip up to Southampton but not pay the Southampton prices! Big room for weekend guests is a major plus. Jump at this one!"

"I rented this property with my friend Chris for our two families (3 kids each, 1 husband each:),and it was a perfect fit. The house is laid out so that there is a flow from the pool to the deck to the living room to the kitchen to the additional living room so that it was so easy for us to keep our eyes on the kids as they floated from the back living room to the pool, and we could always have our eyes on them. There was a lot of family space all tolled, and the kids kind of took over the back living room while the adults could be in the kitchen and front living room. The rooms are small, and there wasn't tons of room to unpack a lot of stuff, but using the closet space helped a lot. The house was clean; the pool was clean and heated; the trees above the pool were gorgeous but let in sunlight for tanning; the outdoor shower, though around the corner from the deck, was fabulous; there was a great deck, two barbecues, two big tables with chairs on the deck to comfortably seat 14 for dinner; and having a washer/dryer was key. The owners were very responsible and responsive; all details ran smoothly. We loved and would return in a heartbeat."

"We were 3 generations, 70-year-olds down to a 1-year-old, gathering for a getaway that could not have been any better.
The secluded, quiet location was nice for our privacy and yet we felt we were so close to anything we wanted to do. The lighthouse, lobster rolls at a downtown shack, the Brewery or shopping in Montauk (loved their Thursday Farmers Market), the beach with surfing or playing in the sand, golf, biking -- something for everybody!
But we mostly enjoyed the comfort of the home. The beds and furniture, the house in general, were all very clean and comfortable; the pool was delightful for the grandchildren; and the fire pit was an evening treat after the grandchildren were in bed.
I must say that I was also very impressed and happy that the owner checked in with me before we arrived as well as during our stay and after we left.
Couldn't have been any happier with our stay."

"When you go to Montauk, you want a great location and a great space to chill outside with friends. This place has it all! You can walk into town and the beaches or use the bikes the owner leaves for guests (we did both) or head the other direction toward Ruschmeyers and Navy Beach or if you're in the mood to hang with the hipsters, just meander over to Sole East for one of their great parties (we did that too). You can also stay home and cook on the grill they provide and sit one the dozens of pieces of patio furniture they have. I've been cooped up in a motel before and their big yard is way better. If it's available, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Enjoy!"
