  • Great place!

"What a perfect place for a summer getaway! This home is great and in a perfect location- right across from the beach with access to the bay too! The back deck is a pleasure while the inside is adorable. The host was extremely responsive and pleasant to coordinate with. We can't wait to come back another time!"

  • Girls weekend trip

"Just returned from a two night stay and couldn't have been happier. The property is exactly as billed and Ann was absolutely wonderful. I travelled with four other women and all were equally pleased. The easy walk to town was great, but the real highlight was the beautiful (huge) lawn that stretched out in front of the cove. We didn't even find a need to hit the beach we just set up our beach chairs right there! Also, as someone who frequently ends up washing their hair in the sink, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent water pressure and seemingly endless supply of hot water. We look forward to coming back!"

  • Great beach bungalow

"This adorable beach bungalow is exactly as pictured. The yard was larger than I expected and there was plenty of privacy. There are two outdoor showers with hot water, one in the front for rinsing off from the beach and large private outdoor shower in the back. There is a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, 2 tables and a view of the ocean. Inside its just as expected/pictured. Very comfortable. There is a beach cart, plenty of chairs and sand toys. The best part is the beach is just across the street and its lovely. Town is also a short walk away. Location is wonderful. Perfect for a laid back week on the beach. We'll be back."

  • Pleasant North Sea hidaway

"Description of property is pretty much as in write up. We especially liked the location near to 2 North Sea beaches and a easy drive to Southampton village. The section where the house is, is congenial, quiet and a great place to walk around. The property is completely fenced in."

Sagaponack Travel Tips

First Class Accommodations with Sagaponack Beach Houses

When you choose Sagaponack beach houses, you are staying in one of the most exclusive areas of the country. The Sagaponack zip code in South Hampton was named the wealthiest small town in America last year, with a median home selling price of $4.4 million. You are sure to love your vacation home and will love all that there is to do on Long Island.

Sagg Beach - One of New York's Finest

The main attraction when you choose Sagaponack rental cottages is the beach. Sagg Beach was picked by New York Travel Magazine as one of the most popular in the state. There is a wide 1500 feet of waterfront at Sagg Main Beach, which is perfect for laying out, sand volleyball and people watching. There is even an observation deck built above the sand to watch the surfers out in the water. The complex includes a concession area, restrooms with showers and picnic tables.

Great Place to Get-a-Way

Sagaponack beach houses put you in the heart of a thriving area that offers much to do. The historic lighthouses in Suffolk County are definitely worth checking out and there are more than a dozen wineries. Located right in Sagaponack is the Wolffer Estate Vineyard which is open to the public year round. Candlelight Fridays includes live jazz in its wine tasting room. Additionally, if you are looking for something to do with the kids, Adventureland Amusement Park is not far away in Farmingdale.

Even if you are not one of the rich and famous, you can feel like it when you stay in The Hamptons vacation rentals. The Sagaponack rental cottages are impeccably maintained inside and out and provide a setting for your trip to The Hamptons that will make you feel like royalty.
