"Spent a lovely weekend at Tom's house. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated with terrific artwork and photos. And the grounds are terrific with a charming gazebo and great views of the bay. The outdoor shower is a hoot and very refreshing. Was there with 5 friends and we spent hours watching the water and boats go by. The location is very convenient to town and the beach. This is a great house to rent and Tom is a pleasure to work with. Would rent again."

"This beautifully restored barn has been a wonderful place to call home for our week's vacation in Sagaponack. The property, though just off Montauk Highway, is private and protected. Occasionally we would hear light traffic but we were rarely bothered by it. The yard is beautifully cared for and landscaping was natural and thoughtfully done. The owner, Susan, has been accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we have had during our stay. All linens and towels are fresh and high quality. The house was spotless when we arrived and we felt as though
we were walking into our very own bed and breakfast! The antiques are plentiful but fit well with the style of the home...not fussy or formal. The house was a nice size for our family of 3 (my husband, myself and our 10-year-old daughter, plus our non-shedding, well - mannered labradoodle). We did not use the cottage but some may find the loft sleeping area there as a fun option. The pool is set back down a short path from the house and in a pretty setting. The house is conveniently located to shopping and dining, and not far from two beaches where you can pay for the day if you don't have a permit which was a bonus for us. We have enjoyed our stay and happily recommend this cozy, charming home. You won't find a home with this unique design and character anywhere else in the Hamptons. Thank you Susan!"

"We loved this house. Great location - short drive to sag harbor village, east Hampton, bridgehampton etc. Located in a beautiful, private setting - the house and large backyard are surrounded by woods so you can't see or hear any neighbors. House is bright, comfortable and sunny with tons of windows. We had five children aged 8 and under who never tired of playing outside on the swingset, hammock, large yard and very securely fenced-in pool. Comfortable bright bedrooms and a HUGE master suite. Great kitchen. Tons of towels. Overall a great vacation house."

"I've stayed here several times with my wife & daughters, and everything has always been fantastic. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Since it borders a vineyard, the view from the heated pool and the house is filled with acres and acres of vines. And it is conveniently located right between Water Mill and Southampton, for easy access to restaurants, shops and several great beaches. I'm sure we'll be back!"
