Wonderful house for a family and friends celebration
"This beautiful house is actually even more spectacular than the photos. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the house. There is also an outside seating area and huge grill so you can eat outside. There were 16 of us and the house was able to accommodate us all very comfortably. This truly is a gem of a house and the perfect place for families and friends to spend time in the Hamptons."

Beautiful Bungalow with a Scenic View and Convenient Location
"I stayed here for a week in August 2015. I wasn't expecting a very, very nice and very clean bungalow with a beautiful view of the ocean. I thought all beach houses are dark and damp and reek of mildews. This one is the polar opposite. It's situated at the end of a gravel road off the Old Montauk Highway, about 100 meters up a gentle slope. So it's in a dry and semi-secluded spot. The bungalow is converted from the back of a large house with its own entrance, basement, outdoor patio and shower. It's a two bedroom with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room. The windows in the living room and the master bedroom open out to the ocean just 200 meters below. It was fantastic. I thought the house was too big.
The house was very, very clean. Ample towels and liens were provided. I didn't use the kitchen at all. But if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. I couldn't find any faults with the house. Maybe it was too quite at night, being at the end of a gravel road. I'm used to the city.
One could just walk across the road to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accoutrements in the basement. So just bring your body and soul and enjoy.
I initially drove to the village center on the first few days. But it turned out that the house was just a 15-20 minutes' walk to the very center of Montauk. So I walked for the rest of the week. It's very safe walk to and back from the village at night. Just be sure to bring a flashlight or use your iPhone as the gravel road leading to the house was unlit and there were deers and rabbits dancing around in the dark.
I highly recommend this house."

"I rented this house for a weekend in September to attend a friends wedding. We had 8 people and couldn't have been happier with the house! Mary- Anne was out of the country but was quick to respond. When I first arrived the master bathroom door was locked, when I reach out to Mary-Anne she responded immediately and said it happened by accident and had someone come out to the house to unlock it within the hour!!! The kicthen was enormous. I felt like I was at home! I love this house and would rent it again!"

"What a great house!! Open the door and you feel immediately at home. With three generations staying together it is hard to believe how easy it was at this house. Our three year old grandson was mesmerized by the toys, games and space. The upstairs bedrooms with en suite bathrooms made life very easy and the wonderful backyard with a great pool provided hours of fun. It is an easy walk to the park and a very short drive to amazing beaches. Hope to return next summer."
