"I rented this house for a week at the end of July for a vacation for my extended family. Even though advertised as a 5 bedroom the house actually has 7 bedrooms and plenty of space for a large family or even multiple families. The beach access is directly across from the driveway and the sunsets on the bay are wonderful. I've been renting houses in the Hamptons for 10yrs and this one is the best one I've rented by far in this price range. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and check in and check out was simple. Definetly a place to look into if your family wants a beach vacation. Just don't take my week."

"House is in a great location overlooking the sea. You get to see the sunrise from your bedroom over the water. Very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the most amazing beach. Westhampton village is also really great. Lots of restaurants. Free kids' shows on the village green every week. Just had a great time there."

"We were a group of 15+ friends and family who stayed the week of July 4th in this house. We had a rocking great time. The house has every possible amenity imaginable with enough beds, towels and linen for a group twice our size. The pool and the hot tub were a great hit with our group. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the beautiful clay court. The various arcade games including the 70s era pin ball machine kept the children and even some adults busy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with condiments, utensils, garbage bags, cutlery and glassware for the evening booze parties. The large island in the kitchen and the awesome entertainment hub in the adjoining living room, complete with apple TV and Netflix, made the evening gatherings fun. Mark is a delightful, gracious and very helpful host and he was just a text message away for any question we might have had. All in all an absolutely amazing vacation. We'd definitely return for a stay here."

"We spent 4 days at this lovely house at the end of a very busy 3 week sight-seeing holiday and we felt instantly relaxed. The decor is lovely and charming and the summer room at the front of the house is the perfect place to take your morning coffee or your evening wine.
Everything was in good working order and well cared for; the place was spotless.
The beds were comfortable and, just a mere jump from the floor! (You like your beds big in the U.S. :) )
There are excellent laundry facilities too in the basement. The house is well-stocked and Diane was kind enough to let us use whatever was remaining in the fridge - including some wine!
The house comes with a pass to Rogers beach which is beautiful and clean and has restroom, changing and food facilities.
We were lucky enough to meet our hosts, Diane and her husband when we arrived and they patiently answered all our questions about the area and gave us tips on restaurants, shops and beaches.
My husband managed to lose his wedding ring in the house the day of our departure and luckily the cleaning lady found it after we had left. Diane emailed us straight away to set our minds at rest and arranged to have it posted out to us - we are so grateful to her.
I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation."
