"Our vacation was wonderful! So peaceful and relaxing. The house was fully equipped with all your needs. The house caretaker was so nice. The home owner was wonderful, very easy to deal with without any hassles. It was a true pleasure to stay at the house. We look forward to going back next year."

"This was my family's first visit to the city. My kids are 12 and 16. Because we really wanted to spend our money on entertainment, we took a while searching an affordable place to stay. The efficiency had plenty of room for the four of us. The positives of our stay were the ease of taking public transportation, the friendliness of the landlord, and the extra space we had by staying in a place that had the kitchen. Things to know in advance is that the apartment is located on a very busy corner and the outside lights never go off, so if you have a hard time sleeping in bright lights I would definitely recommend bringing an eye mask It's also loud, so be prepared for occasional sirens and a lot of horn honking. We spent very little time in the room, so this was only an issue at night. The only thing that would keep me from renting this particular apartment again was the time that it took to get into the city, I would estimate an additional 30 minutes each way just because of the location of where the Bronx is, getting to the subway and the subway ride itself. However, if you're trying to save money and still stay in a nice place I would definitely recommend this apartment, hands down."

"Five stars for this apartment!!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in NYC. If it's your first time, or you've been here before, this place will work for you. The location is everything, worth every penny. Close to like 9 major subway lines, minutes from Empire State Building, Chinatown, and so much more. There's 3-4 delis around the corner for quick food any time during the day or night and coffee. There's also a pizza place, a few bars, a CVS, and a huge grocery store/market. I stayed with my mom and boyfriend. The bed is enormous. Couch is comfy and pulls out, though we didn't use it. Loft is where my mom slept for some privacy. No problems with the TV or the wifi. Bathroom was great. Two big closets that we hid our suitcases in and hug up clothes. No noise in the building. Elevator was very convenient. Super that let us in was very sweet. We also saw him every morning mopping the floors, so the building is very clean. I really can't say enough great things about this place. Stay here for your next trip!!"

"The house is spacious, clean and is in a great centralized location! Close access to the beach and town, a perfect spot for first time Montauk-ers as our group was. Owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely need to make this house a summer time staple :)"
