  • Perfect Location

"Our family spent 4 days in Westhampton Beach in this cottage and had a wonderful time. It's situated within a 5 minute walk to town. A beach pass was included, which we didn't realize before, was an absolute must. We had a 1 year old with us, and she was able to run around the yard without a problem. The grill next to the house made for making our own dinners easy as well. We'd rent this home in a heartbeat again."

  • Fabulous escape

"We have had many opportunities to get away to this gorgeous town. Our stay at this property was a favorite. The home is beautiful and well appointed in every way. The owners took great care to make sure we were familiar with the area, restaurants and their home. They have lovingly restored this home without losing the charm and glory of Southampton's finest. The kitchen is a cooks dream and opens out onto a gorgeous porch overlooking the pool and private yard. We enjoyed our cocktails while the kids swam and we Barbecued at the end of a perfect day! The bedrooms are well appointed and cozy and the living space is very comfortable and is decorated beautifully. There was more than enough room for our 2 families. We can't wait to return!"

  • Everything You Need, Right Here.

"My wife and I stayed here for a week, without guests, in July,2014, and we just had the most relaxing time, even while maintaining a lot of on the go activities, as we are not sit around and read type of people. It's hard to believe how isolated you are here, even though you are close to everywhere you want to be, like the beach, or Montauk, or Sag Harbor, or East Hampton, or Amagansett Square, which we really liked. I mean, you are not visible by neighbors anywhere on this property, THAT'S how private it is. The house is very charming, with so much attention to detail from corner to corner. It's obvious a lot of love went into this house for many years. All of the bedrooms are really nicely done. After a week there, you feel like it's your own place, which is good because you then want to take extra good care of it. We certainly didn't want to leave when our time was up. There's a lot of fun to be had in the Hamptons, I'll say that. We loved our long bike ride out to Lazy Point, it's so beautiful out there you have to check that out. Also, we indulged in dinner at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, Navy Beach, Nick and Toni's, and a concert at The Montauk Surf Lodge. Also, a fun excursion was wine tasting at Wolffer's. And antique shopping in East Hampton. There's just so much to do there! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We are active people, and only scratched the surface of things to do in a week's time. If you are a more relaxed, sedate type, then perfect. This is the place for you as well. The owners, Wendy and Peter, take great pride in this wonderful little cottage, and they really care about you enjoying yourself. That was excellent, that they were available anytime you might have needed them. Very nice people. We were lucky to have one of the great summer weeks of all time, with sunshine and temps in the 70's. It felt like a summer from another era, it felt an like old time Hampton's summer, if that makes any sense... It was a vacation I'll never forget."

  • Great time again!

"This is our 4th year back at this house. It seems to work well for everyone in the family. The teenagers love being able to walk or bike to town and their beach—so do the adults. Not needing to drive everywhere is great. The little kids like the hot-tub near the pool—it’s like a private pool to them. I enjoyed the great kitchen and the comfortable beds. Also, lying next to the pool in the hammock. Thanks—we’ll be back next year!"
