  • Best vacation rental EVER

"We have stayed at 110 five times and it keeps getting better. In the summer we love being so close to the best beaches in Southampton while enjoying a beautifully laid out, completely private backyard oasis. In the fall we love to enjoy the beach without the seasonal crowds while spending time right next door at Hank's Pumpkin Farm and Duckwalk Vinyards (we can walk there and avoid all the competition over parking!). Our children can play for hours in the backyard, enjoying the swing set, hammock, pool, Bali bed and lawn. When we are back there we feel like the only people in the world! The house has seemingly endless rooms and beds and we've had lots of friends and family enjoy the house with us. We love to cook there and have never rented a house with a more well-equipped kitchen. When we don't feel like cooking the location can't be beat if you want to avoid traffic and find some great restaurants. It's amazing to be able to enjoy the prime parts of the Hamptons without having to sit in hours of one lane traffic. Flying point beach, with the bay and the ocean all in on place, is our favorite beach in Long Island. The house is so well maintained and the owners have consistently been a joy to work with. We plan on going back every summer and every fall."

  • Movie Star House

"I searched far and wide for a house to act as the centerpiece of a feature film I planned to shoot in the fall of 2014 called, "We Only Know So Much." The multigenerational family dramedy required a big beautiful house with lots of history but I soon found that most of the large homes on the East End have been renovated into a generic, aspirational, designer blandness. And then I found Matthew and Barbara's gem on Ocean Road. The house is dripping with timeless charm and beautiful historic detail. From the giant old apple tree on the sprawling grounds to the wide plank wood floors and sunny kitchen with the long white table, the place offered classic beauty everywhere the camera was pointed. If you want to experience the traditional Hamptons of the old guard, with a few necessary modern conveniences, just a few hundred yards from the ocean, this is where you want to be. You can see for yourself when the movie is released in 2015."

  • Perfect getaway both during summer and in the fall

"My husband, a few friends and I rented the house again this summer for the third consecutive year and we had an amazing time as always. We also rented the house from September 5 to October 6 this year, and we had a fantastic month. We spent every WE at the beach or by the pool and enjoyed the comfort of the house when the weather was not that great. The owners are adorable and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I hope we can come back next year!"

  • Everybody was Happy Happy Happy

"This home is so beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The pond is gorgeous and so relaxing!!! If the owners will have us again, we would definitely go back and with our kayaks for the pond. We were about 18 minutes from Coopers Beach, but it was a straight drive. Coopers Beach actually had a band playing on their beach in the evening on the weekend we were there. We had our dog with us and even our dog had fun! He loved the pond and the random deer that would walk down the street. Oh, and nice neighbors too!"
