Quiet and convenient
"To cut to the chase: my wife described it best – she said it was “Perfect!”
Our host was there to meet us when we arrived, gave us a tour, and graciously helped get us quickly acclimated. The apartment was exactly as shown – spacious and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great, and the Park Slope neighborhood was fascinating. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location; the subway was 5 minutes away (a 40 minute ride to Manhattan), with grocery stores and some good local restaurants within a short walk. Our 17-year old son enjoyed his nightly run in nearby Prospect Park. We would certainly stay there again, and have recommended it to our friends who are thinking of visiting New York."

"We are a family of four (two children: 1 and 5) and we feel so lucky to have found this amazing house! Our parents also came to visit us, and even with six people we didn't fill all the bedrooms.
The pictures don't even show the real beauty and great taste in design and equipment. It is a true jewel and so conveniently located on a very quiet street right around the corner of the shops, restaurants, Starbucks and library. We spent the days going to the close by beach, splashing in the pool, using the great bikes for tours, visiting the children's museum, checking out the vineyards, visiting Pumpkintown... You get the picture: there is a lot to do there! The owner was remarkable in answering all our questions right away and always had some advice or idea for activities in the area ( thank you so much, David!). The detail of having the possibility of renting the Bronco with the beach permit is outstandingly convenient in the high season!
What can we say: we spent a perfect 3 week vacation in this beautiful house and we will definitely be back! This is now our home away from home!"

"Yes, this is a bit tight space for 3+ people, but it is clean & the location is great. 2 blocks from subway station. The patio here is an awesome bonus. The hostess, Iris, was extremely helpful, & answered text questions right away.
We had booked our vacation in advance & my husband had a last minute medical emergency that delayed our trip ny 3 days. The owner allowed us to stay hete until our original check out time (they eere already booked after our stay), & allowed us to use the rest of our paid days at another property w/o any prnalties. We really appreciated their working with us. We enjoyed our stay in NYC."

"Our family, consisting of me, my wife, our 31 and 27 year old sons and their wives stayed at this wonderful loft for a week over New Years. You can see by the pictures that the place is amazing. The master bedroom is huge with a large private bath which actually contains a bidet! The other two bedrooms are roomy with bathrooms outside the room. Not a problem for our group. The kitchen is to die for! All the utensils you'd ever need to cook or bake anything. Lots of spices too!! In fact, our little group of travelers cooked up a delicious gourmet dinner on New Years Eve,. UMMMM!!
As far as the location of the loft goes, nothing in Manhattan could be better. We walked everywhere. Financial District, 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Guggenheim, etc., etc. BTW, there's a place a few blocks away called Eataly. It's an Italian Market with a few restaurants and shops selling wine, gelato, coffee, gift baskets, pastas, sauces, olive oils, sweets and more. Also close by is the Chelsea Market.
In conclusion, Its the only place I'll rent while in NY!!"
