"My extended family and I had a wonderful getaway at this home. The house was immaculate!! It had 2 master bedrooms so there was no fighting over which couple gets which room, but my pick would be the one with the steam shower! The appliances in the kitchen are high quality so it made cooking a meal here enjoyable. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy. The location is perfect- close to the beach, Bridgehampton Commons and even to Manhattan so we could go back and forth. Marty, the owner was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely rent this home again, hopefully soon! Lol! :)"

"Wonderful home on a beautiful lake just 100 yards from a private beach on Orient Harbor! Cathy has the place outfitted "to the nines." Everything you need in the kitchen, plus what you may never need, and we entertained 14 people one evening, some eating inside (where the air conditioning was perfect), others eating on the deck, where we watched the Osprey fishing in the late afternoon. Ducks and geese and other birds I don't know provided an ongoing show from the deck. Kayaks, bicycles, canoe, ping pong table, great grill, comfortable beds (real mattresses) and modern bathrooms were very welcomed by our family. Couldn't have been a better home for our family. After two weeks we began to think that it was our home! thank you, Cathy!"

"Our entire vacation experience in Gerri's apartment was fantastic. My dad and I spent 5 days in this wonderful apartment. Right from the initial booking process to our departure, it was perfect. I never offer reviews online however I felt it important to express our pleasure with this rental and the owner. I am always apprehensive with the legitimacy of online transactions but my concerns were alleviated through my interactions while booking with Gerri. Our arrival and departure were both seamless (thanks Jack!). We were offered a cell phone number to personally reach the owner but never needed to use it because the apartment is so well maintained. The area is more residential and this spacious, one-bedroom is exactly as pictured, bright, clean, neat and well cared for, with huge windows. The doormen were extremely pleasant and diligent in their job. We used both the very comfortable bed, and the living room pull-out sofa which was equally as comfortable (so often hotel pull-outs are simply not usable, old and saggy). We also really appreciated having the immediate access to WiFi, and a big working television. After walking 10-12 miles/day, it was such a relief to be able to relax first in the cozy couch and chairs, then later in the huge, gorgeous, secluded treed courtyard out back. We were blessed with exceptionally hot weather so having two flawlessly functioning air-conditioning units provided a wonderful cool "home" to return to every evening. Having stayed in NY before, I am familiar with how noisy it can be however we didn't hear any street noises or neighbours after closing the door at night, which is really remarkable. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of clean, functioning appliances (but no microwave just in case you were expecting one). The shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. The supermarket and drugstore around the corner had anything and everything you could possibly need. We easily walked everywhere but when we needed to take the subway, it was a short 3 to 4 block walk. The closest tourist attractions are the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station. It was an approx 25-30 minute walk to Times Square. Basically, the apartment was everything we were hoping for and more, at an exceptional value, but truly it was the great customer service from Gerri and Jack that helped make the whole trip a breeze. This apartment will definitely be my go-to property in New York from now on! Thanks Gerri and Jack!"

"This was my first time booking a short-stay apartment so was a bit nervous. This apartment didn't disappoint! The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet half a block in either direction from tons of restaurants and shops of all kinds. I appreciated the ground-level convenience which included a lovely view of the gem of a garden out back. The interior is just as depicted; lovely artwork, state of the art kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and the bed is fantastic. Just the thing for kicking your feet up after a long day of walking. As for Hara, I can't say enough good things about her. She is a treasure trove of information and a lovely person. As my daughter just moved to NYC, my visits will revolve around whether this apartment is available, as I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"
