"This is my 2nd visit to my "home away from home" in Cutchogue and I must say, it was better than the first trip.
After getting to know the lay of the land the first time, the endless amounts of information that is made available to you at the house made navigating through the north fork even easier.
As city people, there are many perks we don't get to enjoy, and for me in the colder months it is a fireplace. It was the icing on the cake making my trip inviting and relaxing. We can't wait to go back."

"We spent the summer here and it was beyond perfect. Beautiful, quiet setting with a huge private beach. The cottage is incredibly charming and we loved being able to open the double doors to bring the outside in. It's very cozy with a working fireplace that's perfect for the cooler nights.
Great central location on the North Fork - 15 minutes from Greenport to the East and 20 minutes to Riverhead to the West. The clay tennis court is in excellent shape and is great for quick, impromptu games. The owners take excellent care of the property and are very attentive to detail and made sure we had a great stay.
Overall, this is a very special place and we felt lucky to have been able to spend the summer here. We loved it."

"Second time renting this house. Last time without any kids, this time with two... Our winery tour from a few years ago turned into a pumpkin patch and a farm visit but was just as special. The bay was still spectacular and the kayaks got a great workout. A few nights stay on a private bay for under $1000 cannot be beat. Looking forward to coming back again soon."

"I recently stayed in this home as I had arranged for a wine tasting weekend with my husband and friends. The home is beautifully appointed and our favorite spot is probably the huge dining room where everyone can gather. The owner Frank is very easy to work with and the home is so close to all the vineyards & farms etc. we had a wonderful time!😃"
