"We rented this cottage to attend a family wedding. We were 3 adult couples and the cottage was perfect. We loved the rustic cottage feel, yet we had everything we needed. It would have been nice to be there in the warmer weather, maybe next time."

"We stayed in Mattituck for a quick weekend away from the city. The place is new construction and very clean. Manny was very informative on the local events, which was very helpful. The house is very close to the wineries and Love Lane. It's also extremely close to the North Fork beach. It was a great weekend!"

"This home was perfect for us. We had 12 family members under one roof and it worked out! The way the house is set up, allows so much flexibility for us all to be together for meals and cooking and then have our own space for relaxing. The house is very clean. Frank the owner was available to answer any questions we had, we felt very cared for. The outdoor shower was a bonus! Even though the house is on the corner, it was very quiet. Often in the mornings we sat outside staring at the beach, which was right across the street and had our morning coffee. We have stayed in this area for the past 3 years, but truly enjoyed how close this house was to grocery stores, restaurants and vineyards. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere."
