"This was our second year renting The Landing and I can't imagine a better property for the money. The setting is spectacular--we spent many hours just sitting in the backyard watching the birds. In addition to many interchangeable gulls and terns (sorry, gulls and terns), we made the acquaintance of a downy woodpecker working on one of the property's oak trees and an osprey who lived in a tree across the creek. The house itself is comfortable and tastefully furnished, the kitchen well equipped."

"I'm the Maid of Honor and planned a 13 person Bachelorette weekend in the North Fork. We stayed in this beautifully appointed house, and it was just absolutely lovely. The kitchen and living area on the 2nd floor are a gourmet chef's dream. We stocked the house with plenty of food and cooked all weekend long. Our host, Lisa and Dan, were very responsive and accommodating. They ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time despite Hurricane Jaquine and while you would think the house would be too small for a party of 13, it was not and all the girls were comfortable. I'm now thinking of doing a family reunion get together here next summer with my own family. I would highly recommend this vacation rental without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you Lisa and Dan!!!"

"We wanted to stay right on the beach. Perfect rental for achieving that goal. Plenty of deck space for meals outside, grilling with gas grill, and relaxing. Property has beach chairs, though we had brought our own. Close to wineries and dining options. King Kullen supermarket to stock up on supplies seemed a better option than IGA. Open the windows and doors for an excellent off-shore breeze to cool the cottage, when locked up the temps inside hit 90 in the heat wave we had. Loved the back porch room. If you are a wine fan, note they have wines glasses but no flutes for sparkling. Kitchen well stocked for plates/utensils. See ya next year!?"
