"We loved staying at the cottage. its beautifully renovated and decorated and conveniently located near all the North Fork has to offer. We especially loved the fire pit. Thanks for such a great stay."

  • everything is wonderful here

"We spent the summer here and it was beyond perfect. Beautiful, quiet setting with a huge private beach. The cottage is incredibly charming and we loved being able to open the double doors to bring the outside in. It's very cozy with a working fireplace that's perfect for the cooler nights. Great central location on the North Fork - 15 minutes from Greenport to the East and 20 minutes to Riverhead to the West. The clay tennis court is in excellent shape and is great for quick, impromptu games. The owners take excellent care of the property and are very attentive to detail and made sure we had a great stay. Overall, this is a very special place and we felt lucky to have been able to spend the summer here. We loved it."

  • Lovely, peaceful place to get away from it all!

"My boyfriend and I wanted to get away from the city last minute and I stumbled across this lovely place. The cottages were a bit out of our price range for the two of us, but Sandy told us about the guest house. We stayed there for just one night but since nobody was arriving we used the facilities for both full days (for a little extra). It was so lovely and Sandy and John were more than accommodating. They gave us full use of their BBQ and even offered to take us on a boat ride on the Sunday. Unfortunately we didn't have time. We loved having activities to do with the paddle board and kayaks. It was so beautiful and peaceful too. The vineyards were also a short drive (6 mins) away so we got to do some wine tasting. I definitely want to go back here! It would be fun with a small group."

  • Elegance and Charm to Rival any B&B on the North Fork!

"I spent 5 days in this gorgeous home with bridesmaids and friends before my wedding and we could not have had a more incredible time. As soon as we walked in and Tommy showed us around, we fell in love with the antiques, the light fixtures, the artwork, and every bit of loving care that has so obviously gone into this house. It was like living the Anne of Green Gables dream before the wedding! The home is absolutely peaceful with a quiet backyard and spacious porch for sitting. We sat out in the lounge chairs and looked at the stars and drank coffee in the back under the arbor. In the mornings we walked down to the little deli and had amazing breakfast sandwiches. Tommy and Sydney thought of everything! There were plenty of sheets, towels, and pillows for everyone, along with a laundry room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and the "room of requirement" that had beach chairs, bottled water, and every other random thing we needed. All of us had a lovely time and felt very "at home." I would recommend this place to anyone and am so grateful we had it for such a special time!"
