  • Beautiful House!

"My friends and I visited this house for a couples weekend at the wineries. It is a great location and close to plenty of North Fork Wineries and eateries. The house was immaculate and provided all the necessities for the weekend. We have rented many houses over the years, and this was by far the simplest and easiest process. Chris was even kind enough to provide some restaurant recommendations in the area. There was also ample parking in the driveway for each couple to drive out east separately. The views are incredible no matter what time of year and we all hope we can visit this house again!"

  • Great place for families or small groups

"4 of us - 3 adults and one 5 year old kid - had a fabulous week here. The house is spacious, very clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you'd ever need for cooking, baking and entertaining and the outside grill is great. Plenty of beach equipment too. The small private beach down the lane is a little small as the sand is being eroded, but the public beach is so close and it's large and mostly sandy, plus has climbing frame, picnic areas, showers, toilets and little concessions hut. If you or your kids are into fishing you can head to the entrance to the marina inlet just there and the kids are almost certain to catch something (which is the main thing). Once you get the Riverhead parking pass ($15) from the beach you can also head over to Iron Pier Beach on the Sound which is possibly even nicer. The outside shower at the house is great when you come back all sandy. BTW - Other fishing can be had over at Breakwater Beach, but make sure you park in the state parking and walk to the pier / down to the inlet to avoid tickets. (Riverhead parking pass doesn't cover this location.) Waldbaums is just under 4 miles away in Mattituck and there are plenty of other local stores and restaurants to keep you fed and watered. The wineries are super close so you could cycle if you didn't want to drive. The owners are really friendly and helpful, but leave you to yourselves if that's what you prefer. The area is really great and everyone so friendly. If the little area outside the back door with the BBQ and table joined up with the yard, which is on the side of the house, I wouldn't be able to fault this place."

  • Elegance and Charm to Rival any B&B on the North Fork!

"I spent 5 days in this gorgeous home with bridesmaids and friends before my wedding and we could not have had a more incredible time. As soon as we walked in and Tommy showed us around, we fell in love with the antiques, the light fixtures, the artwork, and every bit of loving care that has so obviously gone into this house. It was like living the Anne of Green Gables dream before the wedding! The home is absolutely peaceful with a quiet backyard and spacious porch for sitting. We sat out in the lounge chairs and looked at the stars and drank coffee in the back under the arbor. In the mornings we walked down to the little deli and had amazing breakfast sandwiches. Tommy and Sydney thought of everything! There were plenty of sheets, towels, and pillows for everyone, along with a laundry room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and the "room of requirement" that had beach chairs, bottled water, and every other random thing we needed. All of us had a lovely time and felt very "at home." I would recommend this place to anyone and am so grateful we had it for such a special time!"

  • Perfect location and house!

"We had a fantastic week at this amazing house on the water. The mornings looking out at the water with my tea and watching the ospreys was so peaceful. We had college and high school aged kids with us and they all found great things to do. Girls went shopping in Greenport and explored local beaches while the boys fished and went kayaking. My husband and I loved the wineries- highly recommend the closest one to the house- Croteaux on South Harbor Rd. Very chic and pretty. Every night we sat by the fire pit. All in all a perfect week. Fell in love with Southold and the creek behind the house! Pictures are exactly as shown- beautiful! Hope to make it an annual trip!"
