"we had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful, serene and super comfortable beach house. Fall in North Fork is a great time for family advantures close to nature: apple picking, pumpkins, corn mazes, farmer stands, horses, and surprisingly delicious wines! A stone throw to shelter island and the hamptons if you feel like fancy night out. The beach seems very private and easy swimming so we might be coming back in summer time."

"Rick was friendly from my first email with him. From that point on, he was very easy to book with and was very knowledgeable about Southold and the wine country. After booking and up to our arrival, he was very accessible. The home is very cute with comfortable beds and living spaces and a great outdoor space to enjoy with friends over barbecue. Southold, and the North Fork area was very sweet, friendly, and surprised us with great wine and beautiful environment. I would recommend anyone interested in a nice girls weekend, family stay, or just a great place to relax, to stay with Rick and visit Southold! Can't wait for our next trip."

"We wanted to stay right on the beach. Perfect rental for achieving that goal. Plenty of deck space for meals outside, grilling with gas grill, and relaxing. Property has beach chairs, though we had brought our own. Close to wineries and dining options. King Kullen supermarket to stock up on supplies seemed a better option than IGA. Open the windows and doors for an excellent off-shore breeze to cool the cottage, when locked up the temps inside hit 90 in the heat wave we had. Loved the back porch room. If you are a wine fan, note they have wines glasses but no flutes for sparkling. Kitchen well stocked for plates/utensils. See ya next year!?"
