  • Great location, great apartment

"We stayed in this Williamsburg apt. for 6 nights in March. There are so many good things to say about it that it is hard to know where to begin. The location is terrific. It is literally a block from the L line and two subway stops from Manhattan. About 5 stops from Union square. It made it easier to get around parts of Manhattan than being in Manhattan. We walked down to Bedford St., which is the busy part of Williamsburg. It was a mob scene on a sunny weekend so we were glad we were further away from Bedford St. The apt. is very spacious and clean. It has a very large bedroom with huge closet. It would have been nice to have a small dresser with drawers but we put folding things in hanging shelves in the closet. The bed was comfortable. The weather was quite cold when we were there but the apartment was nice and warm. The hot water pipe for the radiator in the bedroom could be noisy sometimes. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses and things like salt, pepper, oatmeal. The kitchen was a full kitchen and the island/table was great. The wifi worked very well and the apartment had very good natural light. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to NYC."

  • A week in the city!

"This apartment was great. I had it for 6 days/5 nights. We had 6 women for a girls trip, and it was so spacious. Plenty of closet space, beds, room in general. Literally a few steps from the L train into Manhatten, which is only a 10 minute ride. There is a ton of great food around (and great bars). The area is very nice and safe. The deli next door has a little bit of everything and they are super nice. I would suggest this apartment to anyone wanting to visit the city, and I will look for Cassandra and this listing again when I return."

  • Awesome apartment in great neighbourhood

"Stayed here for 4 nights with husband and 2 kids. Kids had the blow-up bed, which was fine for them. The double bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but would have preferred a queen size bed. This main level apartment is quite spacious, well stocked, clean and includes use of a small patio at the front. The neighbourhood is vibrant and friendly, with a great blend of residential, commerical and recreational. The subway is around the corner. Check out the Bedford subway stop (bedford Ave) for the nightlife! I highly recommend this apartment. You will find the landlord, Sean, to be very kind and as a resident of the neighbourhood, very knowledgeable about Brooklyn and Manhattan."

  • Terrific apartment!

"I visited New York for the first time in June, for a week. I liked it so much, I came back in October for almost a month. I stayed in the Atelier apartment for most of that time, and it was perfect! The rooms were large and beautifully furnished. The suite seemed to have everything I needed for my stay, and if there was anything I did require, my host Minnette promptly took care of it. Her staff Maria, Lupe, Melvin and Miu were friendly and professional. The terrace off the kitchen is surrounded by trees, which were full of birds. The walkable neighborhood has everything you could need including great restaurants, bars, funky little independent stores and wine shops. There is a large grocery store called Urban Market of Williamsburg that has everything you could possibly want to make your own meals, just two blocks away. The M, J, Z and L subway lines are a 10-15 minute walk away, and you are in Manhattan in just minutes. The apartment is two blocks from the East River where the view of Manhattan is stunning, especially at night. I now consider the Atelier apartment my home in New York, and can’t wait until my next visit to this amazing city!"
