  • When I'll back to NY, I'll try to be here again.

"Barry is a wonderful host and his apartment is perfect. Clean towels, real bed, nice kitchen and a good space. Everything that you need, Barry will help you. The communication with him is very easy. The apartment is near two subway stations, very good restaurants, Central Park, laundry, market, stores and in the neighborhood that I love: upper west. You can do everything by walking. When I'll back to NY, I'll try to be here again. Thanks Barry!"

  • Nice stay in Harlem B/C line close by

"My wife and I stayed here for three days in June. Neighborhood was nice and quite two blocks to the B/C subway line convenient stores located within a block. Dana is GREAT host and very helpful! Since our plane wasn't leaving till later in the evening and no one else was staying that day we were able to keep our luggage in the room. A lot of the buildings charm is still there with all the modern conveniences. Nice stay for a couple looking to get away for a few days"

  • Right near Times Square & convenient to the subway

"My girlfriend and I rented this apartment to take our three girls to NYC for a four-day weekend. It was perfect. Right near Times Square. Convenient to the subway. Awesome doormen. High ceilings. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Modern look and feel. Walking distance to everything you’ll want to see. Easy rental process. Honestly, the visit went so smoothly, I was shocked. Would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it to others."

  • A Wonderful, Spacious Home!

"In spite of the cold weather, we were greeted by a warmth as soon as we opened the front door. The interior is warm, artistic, and very liveable. There was plenty of living space for our family of 5, as opposed to feeling cramped and claustrophobic in a couple of hotel rooms. I may be spoiled, but I relished the spaciousness we had in this home during our stay! Within close walking distance, there are an assortment of terrific shops, restaurants, and markets. We shopped nearby for the breakfast supplies we enjoyed each morning, and on many evenings walked but a few blocks to dinner, for tapas, pasta, and more. One night for dessert we went to The Chocolate Room, and had spicy hot chocolate, flourless chocolate cake, and a chocolate layer cake; we overdosed on chocolate, but we had great fun! The house is located near subway stations, so it was quick and easy to get to Manhattan, although we also explored Brooklyn a bit, and enjoyed Prospect Park, the Greenlight Bookstore, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, and other places. The listing description and photos were accurate, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very helpful before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative, although there are steps leading up to and inside of this triplex, which could be an issue for some people. We truly appreciated staying here, and would love to return someday. :)"
