  • Brooklyn - our snowy stay!

"My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here, everything was provided and it was very cute apartment. A good 20 minute walk to the subway that we used most but was an easy walk. Apart from the blizzard, we enjoyed day trips to NY each day. It was a very convenient place and you could get to any part of the city easily. The owners were very helpful and had lots of information available. It is on the top floor (4) and that could prove tough for young kids but otherwise great. Thanks again."

  • Great apartment, easy access to Manhattan

"Lovely apartment with plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The rooftop terrace is a great place for a BBQ with views along Fulton St and over to the skyscrapers of NYC. The owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Off-road parking was real bonus for our rental SUV. The well equipped kitchen was stocked with several items to help us get started, and there is a good-sized supermarket just a block away. The subway is just a few minutes walk where the frequent A train will whisk you into the heart of Manhattan in minutes. Or get off at High St. and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge (the best way to enter Manhattan). A great place to stay when visiting NYC - I hope we get the opportunity to return one day."

  • dream vacation.

"We had a fantastic time in this gorgeous home. The views were outstanding from inside and outside; picture perfect. We loved hearing and sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves. It was very relaxing and soothing. The condo is beautifully decorated and all the amenities are excellent. la fonda restaurant is great. beautiful ocean front dining at the right price and happy hour 4pm-6pm. I would recommend this place for anyone and can’t wait to enjoy our next vacation there again"

  • Great location, great apartment

"We stayed in this Williamsburg apt. for 6 nights in March. There are so many good things to say about it that it is hard to know where to begin. The location is terrific. It is literally a block from the L line and two subway stops from Manhattan. About 5 stops from Union square. It made it easier to get around parts of Manhattan than being in Manhattan. We walked down to Bedford St., which is the busy part of Williamsburg. It was a mob scene on a sunny weekend so we were glad we were further away from Bedford St. The apt. is very spacious and clean. It has a very large bedroom with huge closet. It would have been nice to have a small dresser with drawers but we put folding things in hanging shelves in the closet. The bed was comfortable. The weather was quite cold when we were there but the apartment was nice and warm. The hot water pipe for the radiator in the bedroom could be noisy sometimes. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses and things like salt, pepper, oatmeal. The kitchen was a full kitchen and the island/table was great. The wifi worked very well and the apartment had very good natural light. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to NYC."
