  • West Village Palooza!

"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."

  • LOVED THIS BROWNSTONE LIKE IT WAS MY OWN

"This brownstone was so many things. I loved it's cool vibe. Erdene spend a valuable amount of time showing me around and telling me all of the hottest locations to go to. Her recommendations were amazing for food. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and refreshing. I loved the 1st floor. It was nice, clean, and surprising to find out it was a gallery too..:) There were always enough towels and yes, I tried to use a new one everyday. The closet space was more than huge. The master was all I needed and the brownstone became my home away from home. If you're planning on staying in Harlem, there is no other place you should stay.. I have already told Erdene I will be returning and can't wait to see what art she will have one the walls upon my arrival. Thanks so much Butterfly for everything. I loved this place."

  • GREAT VIEWS, GREAT APARTMENT!

"When we arrived, we just stood at the window stunned - the view is awesome. Vaj was very welcoming and the apartment is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and everything you could possibly need. Great location with plenty of local restaurants. We’d recommend Crispin's on the corner of Tenth and the French bakery below, both were fantastic. Not so much the French restaurant on the corner. We loved our five nights here and would definitely stay here if we returned. We have already recommended to all our friends who plan to visit New York."
