Immaculate & Centrally Located
"This is the most immaculate rental we ever had in NYC. It's easy to find the building, has good-sized space inside the living room/kitchen area. It also has a desk from which you are able to use a computer. The bathroom and bedroom are sufficient for their purpose. The apartment has many of the day-to-day things you need when you travel such as sugar, coffee, pots, pans, etc. Elevator is a major plus. Manager promptly responds and made alternative plans for key pickup. Quiet. A true gem.
The area is very easy to navigate NYC. It sits immediately adjacent to a private park. Many places to eat in the area. Enjoy your trip."

"I enjoyed this place very much. The location is great, quiet street, much to do with easy tranportation. The owner was very quick to answer our emails and phone calls. I did bring my car and parked it in the garage about a block away over the weekend, and found it to be affordable, just an FYI."

"We stayed in the Gallery Guesthouse apartment (4 adults and 4 children, ages 13 and 15). It was a very cosy and spacious 3 bedroom in a perfect location. 10 minute walk to the subway where the L-train takes you to Manhattan in no time. Big bonus with the private backyard where you can enjoy breakfast or/and a drink in the evening. Very good restaurants and bars in the area. Short walk to Waterfront pier along East river where you have a fantastic view of Manhattan and Williamsburg bridge. The owner, Roy, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again."

"I can't say enough good things about our visit to this property. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience. Every question I had was QUICKLY answered by Marea. By the time I arrived at the apartment, I felt like I already knew her! She had so many great tips for getting around and where to eat. She saved us literally hundreds of dollars by turning us on to Uber!
The location was really wonderful! For the first two days, we just walked to places that were close. So much to see and such a great part of the city! One night we actually walked home from Times Square. When you're walking in the city, there's so much to take in, the walks just don't seem so long!
The apartment was just like being at home. So nice to be able to go grocery shopping (Marea told us about a GREAT market that we went to several times) and make breakfasts at 'home'. Everything we needed was there. And there were many things we didn't expect at all! You literally only need to bring your clothes with you to stay here!
I've been to NYC several times, always staying at a hotel... but I won't be staying in a hotel anymore. When I return, I will definitely stay here if it's available!
This is the first time I've used VRBO and I have a feeling that I'll be disappointed the next time because I can't imagine all of the property owners being as wonderful as Marea! I look forward to meeting her again!"
