  • Best Kept Secret

"Rather than stay in a small hotel in a busy NYC area, we opted for a more quaint, neighborhood location. And boy did we luck out! This beautiful Brooklyn brownstone apartment was perfect. Getting to the sights in NYC was no problem with a subway station right around the corner. The apartment is exactly as pictured and was very clean. Every amenity was provided. The apartment manager was wonderful. She was quick to answer all emails and calls. The Brownstone is a few blocks away from the movies and local shopping. After visiting the neighborhood Starbucks, we were steps behind Ethan Hawke and his daughter. If you are a foodie, Brooklyn is culinary secret. There are some great restaurants in the area. But if you want to cook a meal, there is a wonderful upscale grocery store right around the corner from the apartment. The apartment's kitchen is spacious, newly renovated, has great appliances and is fully stocked. We had a fantastic time. We love NYC and will visit again and when we do, we will not hesitate to rent this unit."

  • Clean, Comfortable, Affordable!

"I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 nights while visiting NYC for the first time. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with a King. You have to walk through the first bedroom with the Queen to get to the bedroom with the King, but it was just me and my boyfriend staying there together, so we just used the bedroom with the King bed. Very comfy bed and pillows! :) The apartment was clean and although the neighborhood outside looks a little sketchy, the inside was great. And it's only two blocks away from the L train, which you can take directly into Manhattan and gets you there in like 15 minutes. Robert, the host, was very accommodating and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. This place is a great bargain and I would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it to others who are looking to save some money while visiting NYC."

  • Great location, great apartment

"We stayed in this Williamsburg apt. for 6 nights in March. There are so many good things to say about it that it is hard to know where to begin. The location is terrific. It is literally a block from the L line and two subway stops from Manhattan. About 5 stops from Union square. It made it easier to get around parts of Manhattan than being in Manhattan. We walked down to Bedford St., which is the busy part of Williamsburg. It was a mob scene on a sunny weekend so we were glad we were further away from Bedford St. The apt. is very spacious and clean. It has a very large bedroom with huge closet. It would have been nice to have a small dresser with drawers but we put folding things in hanging shelves in the closet. The bed was comfortable. The weather was quite cold when we were there but the apartment was nice and warm. The hot water pipe for the radiator in the bedroom could be noisy sometimes. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses and things like salt, pepper, oatmeal. The kitchen was a full kitchen and the island/table was great. The wifi worked very well and the apartment had very good natural light. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to NYC."
