  • Great location, fine little apartment

"Nice comfortable apartment so close to two subway stations. Only problem was that the radiator was hissing - however one quick email to Nicole resolved the issue quickly, when she dispatched the plumber to fix it. Highly recommended."

  • Always great!

"I always try to stay here when I'm there on business because it's cozy and quiet and one block from trains and grocery stores. Also the bed is like a heavenly cloud and there is a kitchenette. Cassie is always really available for anything you might need."

  • Amazing Stay in New York City

"My husband, daughter and 3 of her friends stayed in the Gallery Guesthouse for 3 nights November 14-17, 2014 and were extremely pleased and impressed. We were a little apprehensive about actually renting an apartment in New York City as we have heard some horror stories from other friends but from day one Roy made us feel at ease. He was very easy to get ahold of and all transactions were seamless. As for the guesthouse, we couldn't have asked for anything more! It was spotless, spacious and easy to get to. Roy's place is about a 7-10 minute walk from Bedford subway station with one stop to Manhattan. Easy peasy! Roy greeted us upon arrival and set us up with fresh bread, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar etc etc. There were plenty of maps and New York guides as well as magazines with restaurant reviews and a binder with local menus. The apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher which came in very handy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the temperature was perfect for the cool fall days. We would definitely stay here again every time! As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I'll every stay in a hotel in New York City again! Gallery Guesthouse and Roy is the way to go!!"

  • Meets my needs perfectly

"The studio is a great place to call home whether you're staying for a few days or a few weeks. Brigette and Cyril are great hosts, Cobble Hill is a great area--plenty to do, see, places to eat, etc.--without the hustle and crowds of the city. About a 10-minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park (great for runners and those who love amazing views) and to the subway (the F-train, one of the best lines). It was my second time staying there and will not be my last!"
