  • Great for a long weekend in NYC

"We had 6 couples spend 5 days/4 nights in this great house. So many positives, great location, lots of space, private bathrooms for each couple, the kitchen/dining room were great for meals in or when we chose to do take out. Joyce suggested our first lunch at Sylvia's and pointed out the grocery story and other shops that we could use during our stay. Perfect! Thank you Joyce"

  • Convenient Location!

"Great little condo had everything you could ask for. Very comfortable and bright but a little on the noisy side if you're staying in one of the units at the front of the building. A restaurant and pub downstairs. Walking distance to more restaurants, pubs, shopping, groceries, liquor store and points of interest. The M15 Bus stops right outside the door to the business district and waterfront or walk to 1st to catch the bus all the way up to Harlem or everything in between. I'm glad we chose this neighborhood, we felt like locals and wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

  • West Village Palooza!

"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."
