"My daughter and I were in NYC for 9 nights and staying at this location was fabulous! Being in the heart of the city with two bedrooms, living and kitchen was the best!!! I love the condo location - My daughter's program was two walking blocks away and Central Park, shopping, plenty of great restaurants and the theatre district were close by. The gardens at the condo are magnificent and I could have taken the door man home with me but I don't think it would make much sense at my quiet home. The condo owners are so very gracious, inviting us into their home and allowing us to get a glimpse of their fabulous lives. I highly recommend this rental location."

  • I have recommended this condo to my friends and family, there is no higher praise.

"The other reviewers are exactly right, the condo is lovely and the views are amazing. I decided to discuss some of the other benefits of the condominium. First, it is very near the Port Authority Bus Terminal, that means you can take the Airporter or Express bus from any of the three major airports and get to the condominium for $16 one way, $9 for seniors. You will have a walk of less than 2 minutes, perfect, and they run every 15 minutes. We almost always walk or take the subway and the Port Authority has the A,B, & C lines. That means you can easily get to the World Trade Center, several museums, and the theater district. Everywhere else you will probably want to go runs through Times Square station and that is just a 5 minute walk away. The Circle Line boat pier is just a 10 minute walk down 42nd street and I highly recommend you take one of their cruises around Manhattan. If you want to take a taxi there is a queue on 9th so you don't need to try to hail a cab. There is a very nice deli-market right next door but if you are planning on eating in occasionally there is a Food Emporium, a full service grocery, in the next block. The doorman will direct you. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. We were there for nine days and it was only a day or two before they recognized us and had the door open as we approached. Everyone in the building was very nice, it was fun to be living among 'real' New Yorkers. We have stayed in VRBO listings all over the world and Susan's was the best by far. The unit books up far in advance so be sure to contact her as soon as you know you will be in NYC."

  • Perfect!!!

"We spent 4 nights in this really typical and cosy appartment and it was perfect. Location, owner's kindness and helpfull, very charming and very clean appartment. We'll sure come again!! Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement très chaleureux et typique (murs de brique, vue sur jardins et vieux immeubles sublime. Les propriétaires sont adorables, très sympathiques et disponibles si nécessaire. Le quartier de East Village est évidemment stratégique et en même temps très calme. Bref, nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons!"
