An excellent rental experience
"A very nice, well-appointed apartment in a good quiet building and no street noise. Large living room with kitchenette and cozy bedroom. Building owner stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was fine. I have stayed here several times and plan to stay here again in the future. Also great neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, museums, and 10 minute walk to Lincoln Center."

I have recommended this condo to my friends and family, there is no higher praise.
"The other reviewers are exactly right, the condo is lovely and the views are amazing. I decided to discuss some of the other benefits of the condominium.
First, it is very near the Port Authority Bus Terminal, that means you can take the Airporter or Express bus from any of the three major airports and get to the condominium for $16 one way, $9 for seniors. You will have a walk of less than 2 minutes, perfect, and they run every 15 minutes.
We almost always walk or take the subway and the Port Authority has the A,B, & C lines. That means you can easily get to the World Trade Center, several museums, and the theater district. Everywhere else you will probably want to go runs through Times Square station and that is just a 5 minute walk away. The Circle Line boat pier is just a 10 minute walk down 42nd street and I highly recommend you take one of their cruises around Manhattan. If you want to take a taxi there is a queue on 9th so you don't need to try to hail a cab.
There is a very nice deli-market right next door but if you are planning on eating in occasionally there is a Food Emporium, a full service grocery, in the next block. The doorman will direct you. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. We were there for nine days and it was only a day or two before they recognized us and had the door open as we approached. Everyone in the building was very nice, it was fun to be living among 'real' New Yorkers.
We have stayed in VRBO listings all over the world and Susan's was the best by far. The unit books up far in advance so be sure to contact her as soon as you know you will be in NYC."

"The property looks exactly like the pictures. My friends and I wanted to experience living amongst the people in a Harlem brownstone and we definitely got that. We were close to public transportation and used it easily and often. There are great places to eat all around and a grocery store within waking distance as well. We felt safe and cozy in the place. The only negatives were lighting issues. The dining area had a light out and it was subsequently very dim. Also, the front door area has a light with a string pull but the string is too short to reach so we used our cell phones to see the lock. The back patio was nice but we couldn't enjoy it at night due to poor lighting in the table area. So a bit better illumination will take this rental to five star status. Thanks for the great stay Amal."

"My husband and I had such a great stay. It was so nice to come back to the comfortable and quiet apartment after a hectic day. It's right off the park so we were able to start each day with a gorgeous run. So much better than a hotel experience!! We loved it!"
