Wonderful midtown luxury apartment!
"My family and I had the most fantastic visit to NYC for spring break week, and a big part of our enjoyment is Jose's absolute gem of a home. The location is the best in New York; 3 blocks from Central Park, and less than two blocks from 5th Ave on one side and Broadway on the other. Close to shopping, shows, Columbus Circle, and key subway stops. The building is to die for, the modern City Spire property that at one time was the tallest residential building in New York. The unit has a perfect floor plan, with comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Beautiful living room and kitchen, incredible views, hardwood floors, fine leather furniture. Great wi-fi and 3 excellent flat-panel TV sets. Jose could not have been more attentive and helpful and his staff at the building gave us outstanding service. This is our new home-away-from-home in New York. We look forward to many happy returns."

"I can't overstate how beautiful the view of Manhattan and the Empire State Building is, especially at night as the Empire State Building is lit up in different colors. The apartment building is modern and clean, the doormen attentive, and the location perfect, right next to Times Square and a short walk to Bryant Park and the public library (library tour is highly recommended). The apartment does show a little wear in a corner or two, but is very comfortable and clean. Reservation and checkin went beautifully, the landlord was very responsive to our questions. We were so happy we chose this apartment."

"We spent 10 days in Gerri's apartment in May/June and had a fabulous stay. We were met by Gerri's wonderful assistant Danuta and Gerri was in touch with us to ensure all went well. Arrivals and departures went like clockwork.
The apartment is very large for a one bedroom New York apartment and full of sunshine and light. The building has a huge garden area that residents can use and terrific and helpful doormen. The location is more residential, with the hospital next door, but there is a supermarket around the corner. You can walk about five blocks to the subway (line 6) or get a bus uptown on the corner. During the day taxis are easy to get as they drop people at the hospital.
The apartment itself is well equipped with great internet connections, an excellent kitchen if you like to cook and comfortable couches and chairs in the spacious living room. There's a pay as you go washer/dryer in the basement but we took our large items to a local laundry who washed and pressed them for a small fee.
This apartment is a great find in New York and a lovely place to relax after a hectic day on your feet. I would most certainly stay there again. Thank you Gerri!"

"We took two of our grandsons to NY for a week and rented this apartment. It was very clean, great views and very close to Times Square, the subway and trains, and several restaurants. Within easy walking distance of tour companies. There is a deli half a block away for breakfast or a late night snack. The people at the front desk and doormen were very friendly and helpful. Laundry was convenient but you do have to purchase a card to operate the machines. There is a workout room as well. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to NY."
