  • Spring Vacation for 2 Couples

"4 of us stayed very comfortably in this East Village apartment. The place was clean, stocked with towels, bedding, and some basics in the kitchen. Robert was great to deal with and was very accommodating and communicative. The location was the best part of this apartment. We were so close to all the areas we wanted to explore as well as all the bars and restaurants we wanted to experience. This was primarily a culinary and cocktail tour for us so we used the kitchen very little and did not spend much time at the place. However, it was comfortable none-the-less for the four of us to relax in between adventures. We chose this place carefully, having looked through hundreds of other options. Do not kid yourself, this is one of the best places you'll find to stay in NYC!"

  • Charming

"Fantastic space in heart of it all. Charming with amazing landscaped roof deck. Won't find cuter than this for the price. It is a walk up but not a problem if you can do stairs. Perfect for a couple. Great owner. She is very helpful and accommodating."

  • THIS IS WHAT NYC IS ALL ABOUT!

"FANTASTIC LOCATION!!! The unit exceeded our expectations providing a fully equip kitchen, tennis courts, basketball and Bocche courts, There are quite a few children's playgrounds, a great lawn with huge beautiful fountain. Just a very comfortable place for our party of six to dine in and the sleeping arrangements for a party of 6 were great. In comparison to a hotel stay, it was also more cost effective. I would absolutely recommend this apartment for families, corporate functions, friends and the alike."

  • Perfect city break

"This was the perfect apartment to explore NYC for my first visit. I had researched many areas first but East Village sounded what I wanted to have a local neighbourhood feel with plenty of restaurants and bars and have a base to discover the city from. I pretty much landed on my feet with this apartment. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive at all times which was reassuring. Everything was so easy. The apartment is on a fairly quiet street, walking distance everywhere I wanted to walk to (actually I pretty much walked the entire city but I wanted to soak it up, otherwise taxi's are easily hailed at the end of the street) Plenty of local places to brunch and everything you need for a great trip is there for you. The benefit of a lift was great, friends had stayed in walk-ups, but with my achy feet from trekking the city, the lift was a godsend. The apartment had all I wanted, brilliantly equipped. I always go for apartments or villas so I can cook for myself if I ever want to but had no need being in the city as it was, there are just too many options locally to need to. But is all there if you wanted to. The benefit of the bedroom was great, so many places I looked at were studios, I just always prefer having somewhere else to retire to at night. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided which was a nice touch, great hot shower and good pressure which is is a must for me! Could rarely hear any street noise (windows closed obviously) slept very soundly, you can sometimes hear neighbours walking above you was all, but really, you're in NYC and this is the only smidgen of noise you hear then you are very lucky ;-D I would stay here again without question."
