Lovely Home Away From Home!
"This lovely townhouse is located on a quiet, tree lined street easily walkable to Union Square, Washington Square Park, and numerous subway stations. The apartment features plenty of day light, high ceilings, wood floors, and very comfortable furnishings - towels and bedding are top notch. Everything was very clean upon arrival, including a very handy kitchen. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We discovered some wonderful restaurants on the block that we will be visiting again when we return. Working with HGS has been a pleasure. Nancy in booking, and Andy in guest services, are responsive and gracious. We highly recommend this townhouse and are looking forward to returning soon."

"Three of us stayed in this apartment for six nights and would highly recommend it -- very clean, comfortable and in an awesome neighborhood filled with lots of great restaurants and shops. A subway stop is just a few blocks away, and it was easy to get a cab when we needed one (would recommend downloading the app Uber Cab for instant service). We liked that the living room in the apartment easily becomes a second bedroom when you close the french doors, that both rooms had closets and that the bathroom had shelves, a medicine cabinet and a full tub with shower. We thought both the futon in the bedroom and the sofabed were comfortable and we all slept quite well -- it's a surprisingly quiet street for New York. There's a patio outside that provides a little extra space in good weather. The owner was very good about keeping in touch and answering all our questions. He even provided two pages' worth of recommendations for great restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacy that are nearby.
It's a perfect space for three people; four might feel crowded, especially with one bathroom. Note it's not a hotel, so you may have to buy extra toilet paper if you stay more than a few nights. Also, we were provided with three towels, so bring more if you think you might need them. We hope to be back soon!"

"The best apartment we stayed at in the U.S. Our hosts met us on arrival (they are lovely) and showed us around and the tricks to working things. The apartment was well furnished and clean with a little garden and well suited for a couple or family. It was so quiet you wouldn't believe you were in NYC! Close to two different subway stops which will take you both uptown and downtown and with lots of great deli's (Katz's, Clinton Street Bakery), bars and diners (Remedy) it was a great base for our stay. The hosts also provided lots of information beforehand on the area and things to see and do while visiting. Lots of good inside tips from a local's viewpoint. We would definitely stay here again."

Great apartment. Very spacious and clean. Nicely furnished, nicer than the pictures.
"Very nice apartment. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Good communication between the property manager and us. We had a clogged sink they were there in less than an hour to fix it. We highly recommend staying in this apartment."
