"Stayed here with my two school-age daughters for a week, and we felt very much at home. The apartment is comfy, homey, and very quiet. It had everything we needed, including an umbrella. The key transaction was simple and convenient, and there was never an issue with anything. Plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood, a well-stocked grocery store nearby, and a short walk to the nearest subway. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and would definitely stay here again. Lovely hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. THANKS!!"

"Host met us with tons of info for exploring New York. We managed to do several things on his list and every suggestion was perfect and fun.
The fridge was full, cheese, crackers, cream, salmon, yogurt, fruit, coffe, tea, etc. You couldn't ask for more! The apartment is located in a great area of restaurants , museums and shopping. Loved Little Italy a short walk away, also China town and Canal Street. You will not make a mistake by booking this great apartment."

"Three of us stayed in this apartment for six nights and would highly recommend it -- very clean, comfortable and in an awesome neighborhood filled with lots of great restaurants and shops. A subway stop is just a few blocks away, and it was easy to get a cab when we needed one (would recommend downloading the app Uber Cab for instant service). We liked that the living room in the apartment easily becomes a second bedroom when you close the french doors, that both rooms had closets and that the bathroom had shelves, a medicine cabinet and a full tub with shower. We thought both the futon in the bedroom and the sofabed were comfortable and we all slept quite well -- it's a surprisingly quiet street for New York. There's a patio outside that provides a little extra space in good weather. The owner was very good about keeping in touch and answering all our questions. He even provided two pages' worth of recommendations for great restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacy that are nearby.
It's a perfect space for three people; four might feel crowded, especially with one bathroom. Note it's not a hotel, so you may have to buy extra toilet paper if you stay more than a few nights. Also, we were provided with three towels, so bring more if you think you might need them. We hope to be back soon!"

"We spent 4 nights in this really typical and cosy appartment and it was perfect.
Location, owner's kindness and helpfull, very charming and very clean appartment. We'll sure come again!!
