OUTSTANDING!! Better than expected.
"This is a wonderful, spotless, well furnished, and newly refurbished 2b/1b apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 5 nights. After arriving several hours late due to a missed flight Angelique greeted with a smile and took her time to show us around and explain everything. The apartment was well cleaned and smelled clean and fresh. They really do a good job stocking the apartment with everything one needs to feel at home. We settled in and since it was late we had Mexican delivered for dinner. There are so many restaurants within walking distance to choose from and i can honestly say i don't think we had a single bad meal. The apartment is located a very quiet residential park like community, but only a block or so from the subway stop. It is a short ride to get just about everywhere we wanted to go. The manager and caretaker are very responsive and offered immediate assistance when we couldn't figure out how to get the TV back on the correct input. We really can't say enough about this apartment other than we can't wait to come visit our daughter again so we can stay here again."

"5 family members stayed here for a week to celebrate my granddaughter's HS graduation. What a lovely place to stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and all initial necessities were waiting for us on arrival. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to shopping and Empire State Building and close to subway and bus. The apartment, library and upstairs bedroom accommodated us with plenty of room and the rear courtyard is a treasure! Some really nice family time spent there in between shopping and sight-seeing. Instead of a cramped hotel room, how nice to have a spacious place to come back to between excursions. Merea also arranged a personal tour with a member of the city's preservation society who gave some fascinating information on the history and architecture of the midtown area. We all had a wonderful trip and will certainly plan to stay here again when we return to NY."

"Perfect for two couples/families--the front bedroom has two double beds. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, affording privacy. Very-well-equipped kitchen; laundry and dishwasher facilities. Large, comfortable living and dining areas. Two blocks from subway, restaurants and bars nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth with friendly staff. Owner was a pleasure to work with and accommodated our late check-out. We had a great time and expect to be back! An excellent value on top of it all!"

"This lovely townhouse is located on a quiet, tree lined street easily walkable to Union Square, Washington Square Park, and numerous subway stations. The apartment features plenty of day light, high ceilings, wood floors, and very comfortable furnishings - towels and bedding are top notch. Everything was very clean upon arrival, including a very handy kitchen. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We discovered some wonderful restaurants on the block that we will be visiting again when we return. Working with HGS has been a pleasure. Nancy in booking, and Andy in guest services, are responsive and gracious. We highly recommend this townhouse and are looking forward to returning soon."
