  • Fantastic location and apartment!

"In the heart of Greenwich Village...who can ask for more? Well, more we got...the location on Perry is excellent: quiet, yet close to all the amenities you need and then some! It is a breeze for both arrival and departure. The apartment is quiet and comfortable = perfect for any length of stay. We hope to return sooner, rather than later!"

  • Absolutely Picture Perfect!

"Absolutely wonderful, the perfect location! In the heart of Greenwich Village lies this absolute gem. Perfectly presented and very well maintained this amazing one bedroom had everything we needed and more! Amongst the hustle and bustle of NYC the apartment was very secure, quiet, clean and a fantastic size for the 2 of us. Marina was wonderful, beyond accommodating and a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Will be recommending to friends without a doubt and hope to re-visit again one day myself. Thankyou again, could not have been better!"

  • Great location, helpful & personable owner!

"My daughter & I needed a place close to various NYU locations and that was comfortable when we needed to get rest. This location was perfect. As stated by others, the bed is a dream. The little we did sleep was done in style and comfort. As a frequent VRBO user around the world, my experience with this location, was that the owner really went above & beyond to make sure you had questions answered as well as offered suggestions (that were spot on) about where to go/what to do if we had free time. We had the pleasure of meeting him & some of his friends, who were very "authentic" New Yorkers! (I lived there back in the day, so I feel comfortable making that statement.) they love their city - for good reason - & were happy to share what parts of it that they could. Great experience. Would like to rent again when the same opportunity comes around next year. Quick responses to any questions and our experience was he was a "solid" person committed to doing things right with his rental. That hasn't always been the case with other vrbo rentals. Our sincere thanks!!"

  • Quiet spacious oasis in very good location

"My family, two adults and two teenagers, recently lived in Manhattan and we rented this loft whilst returning on holiday/work in NYC for two weeks in July 2014. The loft is unusually quiet for NYC and uninterrupted sleep was bliss, Manhattan is virtually littered with 24/7 Fire Stations, roof top bars etc but none within earshot here. The interior A/C is new and quiet too. The dual aspect and additional sky lights apartment is furnished with vintage (expensive) designer furniture and is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. All mod cons worked extremely, the kitchen is very well equipped and bedding is 5 star too. The general state of the building is a bit run down and the stairs (no lift) would be a consideration if you are very unfit or injured, but once inside the apartment you are in a gorgeous oasis. As convenient locations go, this is certainly one of the better ones in Manhattan, naturally Broadway has a pretty mixed audience at street level, but you never feel unsafe whatever the time. You can easily walk to most downtown areas and its many great restaurants. WholeFoods and the famous Farmers Market is less than 5 minutes walk away as is the Union Square Subway (Express Stop and two lines). We had a fabulous time and I would seriously recommend it to anyone who wants a luxurious, spacious and HASSLE FREE apartment stay in NYC. The Owner is really great too!"

Greenwich Village Travel Tips

Greenwich Village Vacation Rentals Are the Best Value

An eclectic and charming neighborhood, staying in Greenwich Village vacation rentals is a great choice if you want an excellent value and a good location. Between your exciting outings, like New York:The Game scavenger sight-seeing tour, and a trip to Broadway's production of Wicked, you will love just strolling through the streets of Greenwich Village and chatting with locals and other travelers. The diversified neighborhood is like an auditory collage, featuring accents from all over the world. You will want to photograph and record everything you see in Greenwich, because it's so lovely and incongruous.

Stay in Greenwich Village Lodging, and You May Forget the Rest of Manhattan

The rest of Manhattan may just be something you hear about from other travelers after you return home, because your Greenwich Village lodging is so ideally situated! You will love lazing around the area, getting to know your neighbors. If you do venture out, Harlem Heritage Tours and the Lower East Side Tenement Museum are great ways to spend an afternoon, learning about immigrants to the US, and getting an authentic perspective on old Harlem. Another great way to spend a day is visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a gallery stroll, bistro lunch, and afternoon lecture.

Manhattan Vacation Apartments Are Charming and Elegant

Manhattan vacation apartments will give you a taste of the things you've only ever heard of, like Central Park. Both charming and elegant, your apartment will make you feel pampered and special. Spend some time visiting sights like Radio City Music Hall, but set some time aside to simply luxuriate in your accommodations, too.

It's nice to know, after a day at Ellis Island or Bryant Park, that you will have a private place to return to, away from the chaos of the public, at night.
