Perfect NYC Apartment
"We had a great week in NYC staying in this apartment. Very spacious for NY. It looks exactly like the photos. Awesome location. Everything we had hoped for. I echo everything the other positive reviews have said. What I'd add is that the apartment has two air conditioners that worked extremely well. Our visit was during August which is often hot and humid -- and it was! No matter how hot it was outside, we were always comfortable in the apartment."

"We travel to NYC quite often (few times a year) and gave VRBO a try a couple of years ago, which was a great decision, since we discovered this awesome find of an apartment at a great price, in the best location of the city! After trying two other places in this area to compare, this one was by far our favorite. We were so happy to be back for the second time and were so impressed with the new kitchen renovation that the owner did! The hallway/entranceway has also been freshly renovated since we last stayed. This is a great place to relax and work if needed - great Wifi and very quiet all day. Strongly recommended to all! Can't wait to be back again to our favorite New York getaway spot."

"This was the best apartment in our three years of renting one for a month in the summer. It is roomy, well maintained, clean, and in the heart of the West Village. We counted over 20 restaurants on Carmine Street alone. It's close to the Hudson River Park and just about everything that the West Village has to offer. Luca, the contact person, John, the super, and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We met Barbara, the owner, and found her to be a delight, as well. The subway sounds and feel, could possibly bother someone who was afraid of the subway or had never visited the city, but certainly didn't bother us a bit. In fact, over all , the apartment was rather quiet. The courtyard is a real bonus, with lovely plantings, and a great place for morning coffee. We highly recommend this apartment."
