  • Spacious, warm home in Harlem

"The host (Paris) was exceptionally attentive the first day, making sure everything was perfect for us. The enormous duplex really felt like home for the week. It was better stocked than our own home (coffee bean grinder!), and was filled with interesting books and art. Thanks so much for the great stay. Hope to be back soon."

  • Nice stay in Harlem B/C line close by

"My wife and I stayed here for three days in June. Neighborhood was nice and quite two blocks to the B/C subway line convenient stores located within a block. Dana is GREAT host and very helpful! Since our plane wasn't leaving till later in the evening and no one else was staying that day we were able to keep our luggage in the room. A lot of the buildings charm is still there with all the modern conveniences. Nice stay for a couple looking to get away for a few days"

  • Candace luvs Harlem

"This was my first time in NYC and I loved everything! This Harlem apt was in a great location. 2 blocks from Subway and bus line. A few blocks from Apollo theater. Everything in photos of apt were accurate. Amal, the owner, was great and the apartment was equipped with everything you needed to make yourself at home. I would go back and stay at this same place. Couldn't rate it a 5 star due to a couple spider webs and little bugs crawling around window but we found some bug spray and eliminated those problems ourselves. Also there were good breakfast places in walking distance on 115th St. and night clubs too!"

  • WILL STAY AGAIN!

"I just stayed here with my 3 daughters and 2 of their friends (all teenagers) and we could not have asked for a better vacation! The location is perfect and I've never felt safer. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and the amenities listed were SPOT ON! The property was close to several subway locations which made it possible for us to do everything in the city we wanted to. We also utilized the bus at the airport which saved us a huge taxi fee. We had such a great trip. I would highly recommend this rental!"

Hamilton Heights Travel Tips

Hamilton Heights Vacation Apartments

For the discerning traveler, Hamilton Heights vacation apartments are a wonderful choice. This neighborhood was named for Alexander Hamilton who lived in the area during the last years of his life. Hamilton Heights became populated when the subway was built during the 1920s and is now a beautiful area with many parks and brownstones along tree lined streets. Renting Hamilton Heights New York apartment rentals can give the vacationer a feeling of oneness with this quaint neighborhood in the burrough of Manhattan.

Sites To See In Hamilton Heights

Hamilton Heights vacation apartments are near many of the sites and sounds of the area. One of the most famous sites here is the Mother AME Zion Church. This church was known as the 'Freedom Church' on the Underground Railroad and is a socially active church even today. The Sugar Hill area is historically known for breeding artistic talent including Norman Rockwell and Count Bassie. Lovers of architecture should visit just to see the wealth of style showcased in the homes there like Romanesque, Queen Anne, and Dutch Revival.

Vacation In Comfort

By using Hamilton Heights New York apartment rentals, travelers can enjoy the feeling that they're at home, while still visiting another part of the world. These rentals, unlike a hotel, have separate bedrooms and full kitchens just like at home - except the scenery outside is new and exciting. They allow a family the freedom to spread out and relax in a home-like setting so they can enjoy their time together, instead of dealing with the cramped and confined living space of a motel room. Another reason to consider Manhattan vacation rentals is because few hotels bring a traveler right into the center of everyday life. While hotel rooms can be found in the most popular areas, few are available in quaint, out of the way places.
