  • Very comfortable stay for family of 5

"Everything was as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. We were a couple (55+) and three daughters ages 17-24 and everyone loved the apartment. Mike, the owner, was very good with communications and helping us with special needs. We've stayed at VRBO properties in North America and Europe, but this was our first time to NYC and it all worked out great - it's a fun and exciting city to visit with lots to see and do and this apartment and location was a perfect base for our 4 day visit. We all felt safe walking the streets in the neighborhood even late at night, subway stations were close, good selection of shops nearby."

  • NYC best Hidden Secret

"This was my first experience sharing an apartment in NY and I was very pleased with this found. Mike, the manager of the place who lives on site is great and attentionate to your needs. The apartment is totally renovated and extremely clean and the bathroom by NY standard is large, new, and very clean also. The apartment is quiet, in a very safe neighborhood, and right next to the subway. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back here next time I have to be in the city. You cannot beat the price/value compare to hotels or other apartments for rent! very pleased."

  • Very cool apartment in an even cooler location. Highly recommend this apartment for families. Great!

"The apartment was perfect for our family. The kids played Tennis and Bocche at one of the many playgrounds and courts that are located on the property. My wife and i got some exercise walking around the track with a beautiful fountain. Although the apartment was a bit small for a family of six it was comfortable for sleeping. It was also comfortable enough the day it was freezing rain and we stayed in and watched movies and cooked in. The apartment was very clean and super quiet. Our caretaker was very friendly and accommodating. We absolutely recommend renting this apartment."

  • convenient

"Very convenient location albeit a bit noisy because of lots of bars in the street. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The house is clean and well supplied, everything as stated in the ad. The owners are kind and honest. The shower is a bit difficult to operate, perhaps some instructions are necessary. The kitchen is a bit hot in the summer, but being in NYC you spend all day outside, so who cares..."
