Stay like a New Yorker!
"I used to live in New York and I've seen a lot of rental apartments. This apartment was very nice for a rental and had a great layout for our needs. It is not a luxury place and is up 3 flights of stairs but I was very happy with it. There was a nice large bedroom, the living room was in a separate room with a door, and there was a small dining area/entrance foyer. We were able to have our children sleeping in the living room but still have access to the rest of the apartment. The air conditioning worked well in both rooms, the WiFi was good (get the password from the modem in the bedroom) and everything was clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the pull out couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Our elementary aged children were able to sleep on it but adults wouldn't want to.
The apartment is on a quiet street but close to 2 subway lines and the cross town bus so it is easy to get anywhere else in the city. Staying here can give you a great experience of what it is like to live in New York City."

"My husband and I had only been in New York twice before, for 2-3 days each time, staying with friends.
We decided to find an apartment to stay for the 11 days we had between two other commitments in the east.
This apartment could not have been better - for placement in the city with easy access to subways, buses and walking to all the many museums and parks we visited, as well as seeing our friends.
We cooked many meals ourselves, as well as going to restaurants in the area and downtown.
Everything anyone could need was supplied in the apartment, and it was a quiet, interesting neighborhood to be staying in- in contrast to cold/impersonal hotels.
Our only regrets were not getting to meet lauren in person, as she was working elsewhere, and in having to leave- we would have loved to stay a few more weeks- things to see in the city are overwhelming in numbers, and from this cozy apartment were easy to access."

"We did enjoy our stay. The apartment was clean and quiet. The use of a kitchen was terrific, and access to what we wanted to see and do in Manhattan was first-rate. Since my wife and I enjoy one an other's company, the small size was no problem"

"Sweet apartment, modern well-kitted kitchen. We were happy to cook some meals in the apartment rather than eat out all the time. We loved the location and walked everywhere. Apartment is clean and the beds were comfortable and looked new.
I would recommend it; it’s a steal at that price."
