We will come back!
"We stayed in NCY for 10 days and the apartment ist great! The building has an elevator. There is enough space for 2 - 4 people. It's very close to the Iron Building and several subway stations. We had great food in Eataly just 2 minutes away and some nice dinners in Chelsa area!
Tonya was very nice and helpful and answered our questions very quickly! The correspondance with her during the booking phase was already very pleasant. I trusted her from the first moment we were in contact because she's very professional.
The concierge/caretaker is a very lovely, gentle and helpful Person and always courteous and attentive. He made us feel welcome and in good hands.
The area around the Iron Building is quite safe and calm.
The only little issue were the people above and beside us....little bit too noisy on the weekend. But it didn't bother us too much!
I can really recomend this apartment!
We will come back for sure!"

"I sincerely recomend this place. Before I arrived I received instructions how to get there, how to use everything in the apartment and some information about neighbourhood which was very useful. We went a lot sightseeing and it was great that most attractions were within walking distance. Thank you Tom :)"

"We were a couple plus 25yr old daughter staying in NYC as sight-seers. We were all over Manhattan and this was a good central location. We had handy access to subway. We actually walked up from Penn Station on arrival and it was interesting to walk right thru Times Square to kick off the stay. We walked to Rockefeller Ctr (that's easy) and we even walked to the ESB.
The condo is very well equipped with almost anything you can think of in supplies - even some basic food items - and we left a couple of things behind ourselves. The main bed is comfortable and the addition of the pull-down shade is very helpful (one is needed in the LR for anyone sleeping on the sofa due to the bright and changing billboards. We did get some street noise, but once asleep I don't hear anything much myself. If you want to avoid street noise altogether, look for a higher floor.
Condo was quite clean and I will say again that bathroom and kitchen had anything you could want and more. There are some books on NY in the LR as well. TV has tons of channels in LR (more regular in BR). The building itself is very quiet - never heard a peep from neighbors. The lobby security team are all very friendly and accommodating. You will feel secure in this building.
It's NYC, so we expected some light and noise at night. We were never out too late as we were on the go all day long.
We went to the 8th St food festival, Central Park and Natural History Museum, High-Line Rail area, plus Village and a bit of Chelsea, ESB @ night, The Rock (Tour and Top of), Staten Island Ferry, Brooklyn Bridge (partial), 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Wall St, Bryant Park and NY Library, The Met, and maybe more.
Chantale was always quite responsive before the trip via email or phone. Never needed her in NYC as she had all arrangements made with building security."

"I can't say enough good things about our visit to this property. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience. Every question I had was QUICKLY answered by Marea. By the time I arrived at the apartment, I felt like I already knew her! She had so many great tips for getting around and where to eat. She saved us literally hundreds of dollars by turning us on to Uber!
The location was really wonderful! For the first two days, we just walked to places that were close. So much to see and such a great part of the city! One night we actually walked home from Times Square. When you're walking in the city, there's so much to take in, the walks just don't seem so long!
The apartment was just like being at home. So nice to be able to go grocery shopping (Marea told us about a GREAT market that we went to several times) and make breakfasts at 'home'. Everything we needed was there. And there were many things we didn't expect at all! You literally only need to bring your clothes with you to stay here!
I've been to NYC several times, always staying at a hotel... but I won't be staying in a hotel anymore. When I return, I will definitely stay here if it's available!
This is the first time I've used VRBO and I have a feeling that I'll be disappointed the next time because I can't imagine all of the property owners being as wonderful as Marea! I look forward to meeting her again!"
