  • Fabulous NYC Condo...

"This is the 1st online review I have ever written. But it is well deserved as this condo was everything it was advertised to be for us and everyone we dealt with with from owner/managers to all staff were very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room with 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living/dinning area plus a nice kitchen. It was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. The location was great as we were by the Hudson River, walking distance to Central Park and very close to the 72nd street subway stations to get all around Manhattan. There were many places to eat near by between the condo and the subway. We enjoyed the Pier-i Cafe just a block away along the river. The condo had a community laundry room and there is a dry cleaners that does laundry by the pound too. In the condo across the street there is a nice grocery store called the Jubilee that is convenient for all groceries and sundry items. Overall, we had a great time and will return to this condo. Thanks a bunch!!!"

  • Huge, convenient, private, easy...

"This is a very large apartment, and it is very well maintained. You have all the space you want and no crumbling decay to deal with. The bedrooms are both enormous, and the MB ensuite is equally giant. We found this apartment to be extremely well located. A fifteen minute walk from Madison Park, and a 2 minute walk from the subway (6 line). We didn't shop for food and do any cooking, but there was a D'Agostino and a couple other places nearby that would work--although, you'd be better off at the Union Sq. Whole Foods. Check-in was fast and easy. Check-out was even faster and easier--we just left! Noise...The master bedroom was quiet for NYC and what we expected. The front bedroom was noisy from traffic on Lex. Our kids didn't seem to notice though. It wasn't any different than you'd find in any other similarly positioned apt. in NY... We've stayed in dozens of rental properties and this one is definitely one of the few worth returning to... As an added bonus: We left a retainer behind and it was quickly found by the cleaning staff and mailed to us immediately."

  • Look no further-perfect

"Have just spent a week at this amazing apartment. Great position walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. We were two couples and liked the fact we each had a bathroom plus we ate breakfast daily and planned our days in the loungeroom. Nick has been incredible to deal with-nothing is a trouble to him. We hope we can return to this apartment again-a week is just an introduction to this amazing city!! Highly recommend this apartment."

  • Excellent value, great location!

"My husband and I stayed in this apartment in January 2014. It was very cold outside but the apartment was warm, thank goodness. We have stayed in another apartment managed by Capri in the past, and as usual, she was very helpful and professional. Being able to leave the luggage (at no cost) in the gift shop downstairs if you needed to upon arrival or before departure was huge. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom and the bed was comfortable. This place is a great value in an excellent area.Highly recommended."
