Great location, lovely apartment & wonderful hosts
"We had a muck up with our booking (entirely my fault) but Jamie couldn't have been kinder or more understanding and made us feel really welcome.
The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to the subway (local & express lines) and pleasant walking through Central Park to the MET, Guggenheim etc. The apartment was comfortable, clean and really spacious, something we didn't expect to find in NY.
The 4 of us had 9 nights in the apartment and had a wonderful time - thanks again Jamie for your kindness."

"We had a fantastic stay in Bill's townhouse and Bill is a perfect host, very helpful ... And very discreet at the same time :-). We really appreciated the friendly notes he left to us and the flexibility for our departure time (no rush!)
The apartment is very cosy (just as in the pictures) .... We were 6 adults and we found the place confortable and conveniently located too.
We will come back, for sure !!"

"Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 5 and 12) stayed 9 nights in this apartment and were very comfortably accommodated. The location was excellent, very close to the 1, 2, 3 (150 metres) and F, M (300 metres) subway lines, with loads of places to eat in or grab a quick takeout, grocery stores etc all very handy. Fantastic Pizza can be picked up either on 6th ave or 7th ave, both less than 10 minutes walk from the front door.
Great communication from the property manager, and the very friendly owner arrived just as we were about to leave.
The apartment itself was quite large, with all the necessities for a totally self sufficient stay - fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge and even includes a clothes washer / dryer - a definite bonus for a travelling family. Everything was in good to excellent condition, and although we had heard the noise of New York was going to be inescapable, we found this apartment to be very quiet - definitely no background noise could be heard in the bedroom that would keep you awake.
Would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and families of up to 4. It is up 2 flights of quite steep stairs, but this was only a shock the first time - once your luggage is up it is not an issue."

"This is the 1st online review I have ever written. But it is well deserved as this condo was everything it was advertised to be for us and everyone we dealt with with from owner/managers to all staff were very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room with 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living/dinning area plus a nice kitchen. It was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. The location was great as we were by the Hudson River, walking distance to Central Park and very close to the 72nd street subway stations to get all around Manhattan. There were many places to eat near by between the condo and the subway. We enjoyed the Pier-i Cafe just a block away along the river. The condo had a community laundry room and there is a dry cleaners that does laundry by the pound too. In the condo across the street there is a nice grocery store called the Jubilee that is convenient for all groceries and sundry items. Overall, we had a great time and will return to this condo. Thanks a bunch!!!"
