"The location of this apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to Times Square, Central Park, shopping and to our Broadway show. The place was clean and plenty of towels and linens. The pillows were a bit worn and the bed a little hard but we were so tired at the end of each day, we slept just fine. The building is very clean and in a nice safe neighborhood. There was plenty of space and the water pressure was something else. The roof top deck was breathtaking. Georgio's restaurant 1/2 a block away was by far our favourite place to eat and highly recommend it for any meal. Portions were huge and accommodated 2 meals.
Laura & Irina were great to deal with. Very helpful and provided good information about the area. Only a couple of things we noticed...a draft coming through the windows and the tub drain could use a cleaning as we stood in water while showering. Overall, this place was tops. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back."

"This is the 1st online review I have ever written. But it is well deserved as this condo was everything it was advertised to be for us and everyone we dealt with with from owner/managers to all staff were very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room with 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living/dinning area plus a nice kitchen. It was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. The location was great as we were by the Hudson River, walking distance to Central Park and very close to the 72nd street subway stations to get all around Manhattan. There were many places to eat near by between the condo and the subway. We enjoyed the Pier-i Cafe just a block away along the river. The condo had a community laundry room and there is a dry cleaners that does laundry by the pound too. In the condo across the street there is a nice grocery store called the Jubilee that is convenient for all groceries and sundry items. Overall, we had a great time and will return to this condo. Thanks a bunch!!!"

"Marea was a delightful hostess. She gave us extensive details about stores and restaurants in the area, as well as transportation and theater tips. You can't beat the location. Our family of 5 enjoyed 4 great days at her apartment. It was nice to have an updated and spacious kitchen to enjoy our breakfast and plan our site seeing for the day, instead of waiting for a table at a nearby restaurant. Thank you for a memorable NYC experience."
