Great NYC place
"We did enjoy our stay. The apartment was clean and quiet. The use of a kitchen was terrific, and access to what we wanted to see and do in Manhattan was first-rate. Since my wife and I enjoy one an other's company, the small size was no problem"

"We enjoyed our stay in Nanda's apartment. The location is great for sightseers as multiple subway lines are within a few blocks. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby - as well as Eataly (An Italian market with restaurants and bars). The building itself is about the least glamorous on 5th Ave. but it was safe and warm in January. Not sure if the elevator works but we did not need it. Dealing with Nanda was fine and she is very friendly though we never really received much info about arrival/check-in etc.
The apartment itself is clean and decent size - but really only for two people. It is a bit more cluttered than as shown in the photos. The bedroom is a good size and the bathroom is adequate. Our teenage daughter slept on the futon on the living room floor - not so suitable for adults.
Two drawbacks that led to the 4 star rating: 1. The apartment is very noisy day and night as it faces 5th Ave. Earplugs will come in handy to sleep. 2. The sitting arrangement in the living room is a problem - the sofa is very uncomfortable and only fits two people."

"This is the 1st online review I have ever written. But it is well deserved as this condo was everything it was advertised to be for us and everyone we dealt with with from owner/managers to all staff were very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room with 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 futons in the living/dinning area plus a nice kitchen. It was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. The location was great as we were by the Hudson River, walking distance to Central Park and very close to the 72nd street subway stations to get all around Manhattan. There were many places to eat near by between the condo and the subway. We enjoyed the Pier-i Cafe just a block away along the river. The condo had a community laundry room and there is a dry cleaners that does laundry by the pound too. In the condo across the street there is a nice grocery store called the Jubilee that is convenient for all groceries and sundry items. Overall, we had a great time and will return to this condo. Thanks a bunch!!!"

"We stayed in NCY for 10 days and the apartment ist great! The building has an elevator. There is enough space for 2 - 4 people. It's very close to the Iron Building and several subway stations. We had great food in Eataly just 2 minutes away and some nice dinners in Chelsa area!
Tonya was very nice and helpful and answered our questions very quickly! The correspondance with her during the booking phase was already very pleasant. I trusted her from the first moment we were in contact because she's very professional.
The concierge/caretaker is a very lovely, gentle and helpful Person and always courteous and attentive. He made us feel welcome and in good hands.
The area around the Iron Building is quite safe and calm.
The only little issue were the people above and beside us....little bit too noisy on the weekend. But it didn't bother us too much!
I can really recomend this apartment!
We will come back for sure!"
