  • A once in a lifetime experience

"I've stayed in many short-term rentals in NYC and never experienced anything like this. We felt spoiled rotten with all the space, the walk-in closets, the courtyard out back, the amazing kitchen. The photos do not do this place justice (and they're pretty awesome photos)! High ceilings, wood floors, room to maneuver in the bathrooms. The bedroom I slept in, one of five, was bigger than most studio apartments I've rented. Super handy to the subway, easy walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat."

  • Great NYC location

"Had the opportunity to stay at this property with 4 others over a long weekend. The location was ideal with easy access to restaurants, stores and attractions. We were able to come and go as we pleased and felt safe and secure. Great price as well."

  • So glad we rented it!

"I went to NY with my brother and his wife. This place was perfect. The rates are great and I love the fact that there was no deposit as well. Winston, the super was nice and helpful. The beds are both very comfortable with soft sheets. There are only two cons to this place. The bathroom had quite a bit of hair throughout the shower which led us to question how well the place is cleaned but the kitchen looked clean and there were fresh sheets and towels so we tried to put it out of our minds. Honestly, other than that the bathroom look clean. The second con is not really the owners fault. The loft ceiling is about 3-4 feet from where my head is while sleeping and the upstairs neighbors are busy folks. One morning at 430 there was a LOT OF commotion, like they were running relays and celebrating in a rolling chair. Thank goodness it only lasted a half hour. Location is excellent!!! And it was so cool to see the empire state building right out the front door. Big clean fridge, all the glassware etc we could need. The heater worked great and plenty of hot water. Very polite manager/owner Cee and again, Winston was a cool guy. So glad we found it and it was available. If I ever go back to NY I am looking this place up first."

  • Great Apartment

"Highly recommend the apartment and Herrick Guest Services. The location was excellent. Great neighborhood with access to subway just a half block from the apartment. Info of nearby restaurants, cleaners, drugstore, etc. provided by Herrick was very helpful. Our greeter, Eva, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Why stay at a hotel when you have this option?"
