Great studio at an awesome location!
"This apartment is ideally located around the corner from union square metro station. It is a very short walk to wholefoods and trader joe'a. You can also walk to soho and chelsea from the apartment. The apartment itself is in very good condition. The studio is very well-appointed and felt really spacious to me. Everything's new, clean and functioning. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment was nicely decorated just as the pictures show. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. There was even a pitcher of filtered water ready in the fridge. The furniture and bed were comfortable. There were plenty of linens, towels, and shower supplies. The 2 AC units kept the unit nice and cool. There was a problem with the toilet which was not addressed the whole time we were there so that's the reason for the 4 star otherwise it would've been 5. Plumbing problems seem to be the biggest issues here. The location could not have been better as far as convenience to the metro stations. There is a juice bar, pastry shop, laundry, and awesome ramen shop right outside the front door. If you're looking to to have a true New York experience, this is definitely the place to rent."

"Our family, consisting of me, my wife, our 31 and 27 year old sons and their wives stayed at this wonderful loft for a week over New Years. You can see by the pictures that the place is amazing. The master bedroom is huge with a large private bath which actually contains a bidet! The other two bedrooms are roomy with bathrooms outside the room. Not a problem for our group. The kitchen is to die for! All the utensils you'd ever need to cook or bake anything. Lots of spices too!! In fact, our little group of travelers cooked up a delicious gourmet dinner on New Years Eve,. UMMMM!!
As far as the location of the loft goes, nothing in Manhattan could be better. We walked everywhere. Financial District, 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Guggenheim, etc., etc. BTW, there's a place a few blocks away called Eataly. It's an Italian Market with a few restaurants and shops selling wine, gelato, coffee, gift baskets, pastas, sauces, olive oils, sweets and more. Also close by is the Chelsea Market.
In conclusion, Its the only place I'll rent while in NY!!"
