"With its two bedrooms separated by a living room and full-service kitchen with all implements one could use, and a washer/drier, the apartment offers outstanding value for money. It was handed over in impeccably clean condition and an employee handled our luggage (IT IS A WALK UP). Loads of towels and sheets, plumbing works fine. Front bedroom even has a view ofthe top of the Empire State Building. Location could not be improved: it is just two blocks from the No. 6 train 33rd street station which is just one stop from Grand Central and three from Union Square. Relations with owner excellent. Check-in, check out a breeze. large supermarket just around the corner, and numerous restaurants in the area, incluing a nice Italian restaurant literally next door. My brother and I have stayed at this aparment four times and plan on doing so as long as it is available during our annual visits to New York."

"Gerri’s apartment is truly a little home away from home. My friend and I spent 9 wonderful days in this fabulously comfortable and well equipped apartment and we could not possibly have asked for more. What you see in the photographs is exactly what you get. The doormen wished us a happy day when we left in the mornings and greeted us with a smile when we returned home.
New York is best seen on foot so we walked just about everywhere, however, subways and bus stops were very easily accessible. For the more adventurous, New York’s rent a bicycle program is an option and there is a bicycle pick-up drop-off located on 2nd Avenue just around the corner. Also on the corner is the very fabulous Fairways Market which made having meals at home so very convenient. It is stocked with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, ready to go meals, gourmet cheeses and cold cuts not to mention all the other necessary items one might need. There are many restaurants in the area so the choices are unlimited.
Gerri and her assistant Danuta could not have been more accommodating with early check-in and late check-out times and the day before we left, we received a very nice email from Gerri thanking us for our stay!
If I make another trip to New York, this is most definitely where I will stay!"

"This apartment was exactly as listed, plus added touches that we did not expect. Clean towels and toiletries in the bathroom, laundry soap to use in the washer were provided. Iris was very accomodating and explained everything clearly. She also answered all our questions patiently and showed us all around. We would definitely stay here for our next trip to NYC, and highly recommend it. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Super clean!!!"

"We spent 7 nights in this apartment and were so pleased with our choice of accommodations! The bedding and linens are lovely and the bed was so comfortable that we enjoyed excellent sleep. The apartment was very quiet, in fact, no noise to speak of, from either the outside or other tenants. The location is fantastic! We walked everywhere with ease: Empire State Building, Times Squares, Central Park, Broadway, the USS Intrepid, Broadway and the High Line. This is conveniently located to major subway stations such as Penn Station, and Grand Central, as well as Herald Square which we used most frequently. Miss K's Italian Eatery is very convenient for essentials like snacks and bottled water when you don't want to carry them very far. We found Wine 30 nearby and enjoyed a fabulous meal experience. It is certainly worth going to. We would say the same about Ben & Jack's Steakhouse, which was a great meal and reasonably priced. Both Wine 30 and Ben & Jacks are within a few minutes walking distance. The apartment kitchen is small but well appointed. The bathroom was clean and lovely and had perfect water pressure. The owners have put so much thought into what a guest would need (Thank you!). I would say if mobility is an issue the stairs might cause difficulty. Luckily my husband was able to manage the suitcases without issue. We really appreciated the fact that the apartment was located out of the 'hustle and bustle' of Times Square, returning each evening to a quiet neighbourhood. We found the area to be safe and had no issues with returning back to the apartment late at night. The photos well represent the space and furnishings."
