  • A great place!

"This was a perfect place to call our home base while enjoying Chelsea and the surrounding areas. It is close to the High Line, Chelsea Market, the subway and many great restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor and is flooded with light from the three windows which look down into a lovely back yard garden. There's plenty of closet space, a comfortable bed, a relaxing area to watch tv or read, and a good kitchen and bath. Our host, Michael, couldn't have been more helpful with hints on places to visit, how to get to where we wanted to go, and suggestions for superior eating at the local restaurants. He made our stay most enjoyable and we would highly recommend this studio apartment."

  • Clean, safe, modern apartment in a great location.

"My wife and I stayed here for one week. The apartment is equipped with the necessities of travel and apartment living. But could use a few more bath towels. This west village/nolita location is ideal. Convenient to all the trendy shopping and foodie stuff in and around Greenwich village, SoHo, East village, etc. public transportation is just the door. The hi-building is safe, secure and well maintained and staffed with 24hr doormen. Tom is very informative and honest. The rental transaction was very smooth throughout the steps from pricing to contract signing to meet/greet to departure to deposit refund. Definitely will consider for future visits to NYC."

  • Good Location!

"We had a great stay in this apartment while working at the Javits Center. There was a ton of delicious food right around the corner, markets, and anything you could possibly want/need! The apartment was clean, equipped, and the doorman was very friendly. We would def. stay here in the future!!!!! Tip for the owner- Get some new pillows!! The pillows in the apartment were very flat and uncomfortable. Also shower curtain could use an update!"

  • Spring Vacation for 2 Couples

"4 of us stayed very comfortably in this East Village apartment. The place was clean, stocked with towels, bedding, and some basics in the kitchen. Robert was great to deal with and was very accommodating and communicative. The location was the best part of this apartment. We were so close to all the areas we wanted to explore as well as all the bars and restaurants we wanted to experience. This was primarily a culinary and cocktail tour for us so we used the kitchen very little and did not spend much time at the place. However, it was comfortable none-the-less for the four of us to relax in between adventures. We chose this place carefully, having looked through hundreds of other options. Do not kid yourself, this is one of the best places you'll find to stay in NYC!"
