  • Very quiet and convenient NYC base

"Our first visit to NYC was made all the more memorable with our accommodation choice of Warren and Susan's apartment in the upper west side. The apartment is very well appointed with a wonderful atmosphere which captured the whole sense of belonging in our neighbourhood, where our hosts were very welcoming and provided us with excellent information during our stay. The location is very convenient to a number of subway lines which enabled us to explore the city with ease, and the proximity to Central Park and the wonderful Museum of Natural History were added bonuses. We would highly recomend this apartment to anyone looking to visit New York and hope to return one day. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

  • Perfect Location!

"Though the studio I originally saw on the site and inquired about wasn't available for our dates, Tiffany immediately suggested another one of her studio units. I tend to be a worrier, so I was pretty nervous about renting something sight unseen (especially without the usual confirmation you'd get from a hotel), but my boyfriend and I had such a great experience with Tiffany that I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again! She was very open and communicated with me as much as possible throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The studio we rented was in the perfect location -- right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, just a few blocks from Times Square (but you don't even realize it because you can't hear it at all). We felt very safe in the area and especially liked that, although it was a first-floor unit, it was slightly elevated off street level, so road noise wasn't really an issue. The nearest subway is just a few blocks away, which was super convenient -- we only took a cab twice during our stay. There were so many little restaurants near the studio I wanted to check out, but we ran out of time -- maybe next time we're there we can do some exploring. I'd definitely recommend renting from Tiffany. [As a side note for the coffee lovers: After Yelp-ing different places in the area, I'd recommend stopping by Kahve cafe for their almond chai -- it was delicious. :)]"

  • Home away from home/ Me casa lejos de casa/ Minha

"It was so good being in this home for holidays, it was very clean, enough space when you are with litters ones and the neighborhood... people are so friendly and nice! Great short time! It was everything like the pictures and describes. The only think for us with little kids and for short stay it was far away from our program.. new york with strollers? and two … not really practical, because you have stairs to use the public transport so… you always need a cab, but with this kind of rental its ok no problem with the money. So if to spend short time with stroller its a little far away but still a good option and to spend short time without litters kids is just perfect! it was perfect! the apartment is perfect!

  • Great experience in NYC

"Our first impression was, where are we and why did we pick this place. Soon afterwards we realized that the appartment was just what we needed. It was close to the subway and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Everything we wanted was not far away at all. The place was very clean and had plenty of space (for our group). Chris was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful in bookings and arrangements. I look forward to a return trip in the near future. Thank you again for a great time in NYC!"
