"My wife and I just finished our stay at this beautifully furnished apartment. The accommodations were fantastic. First Class Staff and Service. The location on Madison Avenue and it's proximity to Museums and Central Park make it a perfect location. We have visited NYC on many occasions, but this was by far our best experience. We look forward to our next visit."

"There are so many positive comments about this property, I don't know what else I can say however I just have to add another positive review because we enjoyed staying in this condo so much. My son and I stayed here for 5 nights during the Unified Auditions for his college applications. Bill promptly replied to all of my email inquiries and kept me well informed from the time I first contacted him until literally the day we checked out. I know it is always a little nerve-racking renting from someone you don't know, but Bill was very responsive and everything about this property is as described in the listing (although it is so much better when you experience it in person!). The location was absolutely ideal - you are within one or two blocks to a grocery store, theaters, restaurants, subway, and shopping. The condo was very clean, attractively furnished, and so comfortable. I personally slept on the sleep sofa so that my teenage son could have his own space and I will say that it is very comfortable and easy to open and close (I was able to do this by myself in about 3 minutes!). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals from breakfast to dinner as needed. We truly appreciated all of the extras that were provided for us - paper products, soaps, plenty of clean towels and linens, umbrellas, and even a few staples in the cabinets that we were allowed to use. The building is extremely clean and inviting with a concierge and doorman that were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the fitness center and the rooftop viewing area. The view from the living room of this apartment was truly amazing. On the day before we were scheduled to leave, a major storm was bearing down on New York and even though Bill was in Southeast Asia he still responded to my email inquiries to let us know that we could stay another day if we got stranded in the city (sadly we did not because we would have loved to stay longer!) I have stayed in a number of hotels in New York City and also rented a few apartments and this is by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. We hope we will be able to stay again in the future!"

"We (4 of us) stayed in the apartment and had a great time! The location is awesome - short walking distance to Times Square and the theater district. Grocery store, wine shop and excellent restaurants were all around us. Easy to walk to the subway and easy to get cabs. Very safe, very clean, very quiet and easy to work with Nick. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made life easy for us (pictures are authentic). I'd highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."
