"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is spotless and spacious--the photos don't do the living area justice. It is steps away from everything! Spring Street can be noisy, but that is the nature of the neighbourhood, and we considered it part of the ambience of the stay. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and transport are all right outside the front door. Ken was professional in all his dealings with us. We are planning to return!"

"We had such a lovely time in this apartment. We had everything we need and the location was absolutely brilliant. You could stay in the area for 2 years and not get to eat and every restaurant within a 10 minute walk and everyY meal we had was good to outstanding, which was not the case when we had to eat in other parts of town. The subway was super close and having Whole Foods across the road was great when you needed snacks or just felt like a light meal. We stayed for 25 nights! We had everything we needed and any issues were only minor. You get about 10 minutes of hot water in the shower (we were there in winter) so more than 2 people have to negotiate that. The beds weren't the comfiest I've ever tried and the TV had poor reception, but we weren't in NY to watch TV. Mandy was always in communication with us and helpful and friendly. Some people in our party found it small but I think it was exactly what you would expect in NYC. We did have to get creative with our storage however, especially the empty suitcases, although we were travelling with a child and all the associated paraphernalia. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment to anyone."

"We were 5 guys from Sweden/Norway who spent one week in Will's appartment. It's in the middle of Little Italy, straight down in the basement from the street. Bars and retaurant just a few steps from the apartment. Shopping, subway around the corner. It felt like a very safe street/neighbourhood with a lot of people moving around there 24/7. A nice litte shop that is open 24/7 just a block away were you could all sorts of things. Will as a "landlord" was very helpful all the time, no problems with check-in or check-out. I would definitely come back to Will's place again!!!"

"I got a little worried when reading some of the previous reviews but we had no problems. The caretaker was readily available for the few questions I had. The apartment was perfect. Large by NY standards. Updated bath and kitchen. Very clean. Quiet for being in the city. It is right on Mulberry St. which is the tourist street of Little Italy. Great restaurants within walking distance but avoid the tourist ones right outside the apt. View of the Empire State Building and Freedom Tower. This will be our place when we come to NY."
