"I recently rented this apartment with some friends for 5 nights. We could not have been more pleased. The interior is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Location is great in a SOHO neighborhood, with nice little shops and restaurants, but quiet. While it was a little tight for 5 of us with the blow up mattress, it was still comfortable. Close to several train lines. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it."Guest: Rose L. Date of Stay: June 2013 Review Submitted: June 29, 2013View listing
"My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this apartment for the week. As a annual visitor to NYC, this was the first time I rented an apartment, as I usually check into a hotel. The apartment at Nolita Place was fantastic. Well laid out, ample space, stylishly furnished. The location was great - a short stroll to a number of Subway lines, Wholefoods, Soho, great restaurants etc. The owners gave great suggestions for restaurants etc, and all correspondence prior to our arrival was answered quickly. I would definitely stay at Paul and Claudia's apartment again."Guest: Toni K. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 21, 2014View listing
"My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights on our 1st Anniversary Trip this Easter weekend. Cooper was extremely helpful in getting us in the loft, giving us recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Honestly you really don't have to leave a 4 block radius from this place if you don't want to as everything is right at your fingertips. The 6 line was on the 1 minute away to get uptown, very convenient. The loft is beautiful, and comfortable for 2 of us. The stairs can be a bit tiring after a full day of walking, but it's worth it. We will be coming back again."Guest: Nathan D. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 28, 2014View listing
"IF you are tired of paying top dollar for a very small closet in NYC- consider this loft. It's true New York. It's in a great neighborhood. It is not only roomy, it's just plain comfortable and good looking. A great deal for a weekend get away or a long term stay. Excellent upkeep. Sweet little NYC park right across the street. Two nice local eateries next door. Spring street subway stop one block. The stairs up are not for those who have trouble negotiating steep stairs. Other then that -outstanding."Guest: Tom D.
