Very Comfortable, Quiet, and Clean. Perfect!
"Stayed here with my two school-age daughters for a week, and we felt very much at home. The apartment is comfy, homey, and very quiet. It had everything we needed, including an umbrella. The key transaction was simple and convenient, and there was never an issue with anything. Plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood, a well-stocked grocery store nearby, and a short walk to the nearest subway. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and would definitely stay here again. Lovely hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. THANKS!!"

"5 family members stayed here for a week to celebrate my granddaughter's HS graduation. What a lovely place to stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and all initial necessities were waiting for us on arrival. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to shopping and Empire State Building and close to subway and bus. The apartment, library and upstairs bedroom accommodated us with plenty of room and the rear courtyard is a treasure! Some really nice family time spent there in between shopping and sight-seeing. Instead of a cramped hotel room, how nice to have a spacious place to come back to between excursions. Merea also arranged a personal tour with a member of the city's preservation society who gave some fascinating information on the history and architecture of the midtown area. We all had a wonderful trip and will certainly plan to stay here again when we return to NY."

"We found this the perfect location for our visit to NYC. We had stayed in Midtown before and found this to be accessible to all the sites via subway and bus yet also within a lively community for food, shopping, etc. I would remind people that it is essentially a 4 story walk up but that it is quaint and so "Old New York." I loved it."

"Our family, consisting of me, my wife, our 31 and 27 year old sons and their wives stayed at this wonderful loft for a week over New Years. You can see by the pictures that the place is amazing. The master bedroom is huge with a large private bath which actually contains a bidet! The other two bedrooms are roomy with bathrooms outside the room. Not a problem for our group. The kitchen is to die for! All the utensils you'd ever need to cook or bake anything. Lots of spices too!! In fact, our little group of travelers cooked up a delicious gourmet dinner on New Years Eve,. UMMMM!!
As far as the location of the loft goes, nothing in Manhattan could be better. We walked everywhere. Financial District, 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Guggenheim, etc., etc. BTW, there's a place a few blocks away called Eataly. It's an Italian Market with a few restaurants and shops selling wine, gelato, coffee, gift baskets, pastas, sauces, olive oils, sweets and more. Also close by is the Chelsea Market.
In conclusion, Its the only place I'll rent while in NY!!"
