"I came into NY, to attend a craft show at the Lincoln Center. I rented one of Tonya's studio lofts for my niece, and nephew and myself. It was the smartest decision of the entire trip. Not only was the location spectacular, the loft/studio was just darling. We had plenty of room, the apt was clean and very well stocked and let me tell you that not only was Tonya and her father completely wonderful and helpful, but the superintendent, Winston and a guy named Skinny were just plain wonderful characters that made the whole experience feel like we were at home. would recommend and plain to stay here every trip to Ny, if available. Thanks Tonya and family for a great trip."

"We had a great long weekend in NYC! Loved the location of the apartment, it was comfortable and the roof top terrace is AMAZING!! The owners were super nice and helpful. They gave great tips on transportation from LGA and local grocery stores. We were able to see a lot during our stay to include: Times Square, Central Park (went running Saturday morning and then took the kids back later to the zoo), WTC (9-11 Memorial), Bryant Park, St. Patrick's cathedral, and Rockefeller Center. Even spotted Rainn Wilson!! Our twin girls (almost 5 years old) have already asked when can we go back to New York City. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if available."

"This was the best apartment in our three years of renting one for a month in the summer. It is roomy, well maintained, clean, and in the heart of the West Village. We counted over 20 restaurants on Carmine Street alone. It's close to the Hudson River Park and just about everything that the West Village has to offer. Luca, the contact person, John, the super, and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We met Barbara, the owner, and found her to be a delight, as well. The subway sounds and feel, could possibly bother someone who was afraid of the subway or had never visited the city, but certainly didn't bother us a bit. In fact, over all , the apartment was rather quiet. The courtyard is a real bonus, with lovely plantings, and a great place for morning coffee. We highly recommend this apartment."

"The unit was clean and pretty much as advertised. Altho the unit is in Queens it is only a few blocks from the subway and a short subway ride takes you to the heart of Manhattan. The unit is as convenient as ones in Manhattan but priced more reasonably. There was a grocery store just across the street. We had good food at reasonable prices at both the Mexican and Italian restaurants that are close by. The photo of the front room shows two sofas, but the unit actually has one sofa and two armless upholstered chairs. We were a group of 4. We all found the chairs somewhat uncomfortable. We also literally were down to our last square of toilet tissue by the time we left. We did not contact the owners so can't deduct any stars for that, but we were surprised there wasn't more tissue in the unit. Would definately recommend it to others."
