  • Best place to stay and feel as a New Yorker!!

"This is a great appt to stay, visit the city as a tourist but feel as a new yorker! Excelent location -10 min walk to the Metro-, quiet building, cossy and fully equipped, lovely decorated and an extremely comfortable bed with silk touch sheets to rest after walking for hours! l stayed with my teen age son during the coldest week in decades and the appt was very warm! I wil recomend it to all my friends and relatives! Sue was great and reliable, this was my first time renting by website; I also recomend Max to pick you at the airport! Don't keep on searching on the web, this is THE place to stay! Trust me!"

  • Great hosts and townhome.

"Our experience at this cute little townhome was very nice. There were 4 of us and we all stayed very comfortably. This remodeled property was clean and very well-kept. We had absolutely no complaints about the townhome, with exception of a running toilet that we pointed out at the end of our stay, which certainly was no big deal. Tony immediately apologized and was going to have it taken care of ASAP. We didn't do much cooking (who spends time cooking when you are in New York?), but the kitchen had the things you need, which was all we cared about. Tony and Christine were awesome hosts and very responsive both before, during and after our arrival. There is a sweet small grocery store literally within a block, which was quite handy, and we did buy a few things we needed at the little "department" type store just across from the grocer. We flew into LaGuardia and took Uber (not a taxi). The travel time was about 20 minutes and cost us about $28 total. Not too shabby!! This was our first experience with the Uber app. If you have not used it, download the app before you get there. It's private people driving you around in lieu of high taxi fares. We used them 3 times while we were there to go to and from the airport, and one evening when we were too exhausted to do the subway to get home after a night a eating and drinking downtown. I do, however, have to point out that the neighborhood was a bit challenging for our tastes. We were safe and never felt threatened nor pan-handled, but we did have to walk to subways and buses through some very sketchy "activities" at times. The street the property is on was quiet for the most part, but Lexington Avenue had it's "moments." I would have to rate the neighborhood low. All in all, for the price, don't expect Manhattan...but this property was worth the stay. We experienced New York and all walks of life during our week there... and that was okay with us. Afterall, it's those interesting and colorful experiences that you remember most... right? We had plenty of fun and enjoyed our time. Thank you so much Tony & Christine."

  • Great Condo in the heart of TIMES SQUARE

"After a delayed flight and our arrival from MIA to this condo at past midnight we were hoping that our vacation would turn out a little better... but As soon as we walked in the condo my daughter and husband were very happy that the condo was so clean and spotless and the VIEW was exactly what my teenage daughter wanted..The bed had all white sheets and was very comfortable. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. The building is exactly what Chantale told me hallways, lobby were clean and attractive and VERY quiet...This condo was right in the heart of the theater, restaurants, pharmacy and 1 block from subway.M &M store is right below/next to the condo.. The front desk was very helpful in providing information to go to certain locations. The living room couch which turns into a bed (I believe full or queen.. don't remeber) my daughter said it was comfortable. My communication with Chantale was exceptionally TOP NOTCH... she always answered her emails and/or calls within 24 hours or less and ALOT LESS!!! The condo has everything you need including washer and dryer which was a BIG PLUS!! I highly Recommend this condo and I'm currently looking to make it a yearly ritual."

  • Extremely Wonderful Property and Owner

"Our family, consisting of me, my wife, our 31 and 27 year old sons and their wives stayed at this wonderful loft for a week over New Years. You can see by the pictures that the place is amazing. The master bedroom is huge with a large private bath which actually contains a bidet! The other two bedrooms are roomy with bathrooms outside the room. Not a problem for our group. The kitchen is to die for! All the utensils you'd ever need to cook or bake anything. Lots of spices too!! In fact, our little group of travelers cooked up a delicious gourmet dinner on New Years Eve,. UMMMM!! As far as the location of the loft goes, nothing in Manhattan could be better. We walked everywhere. Financial District, 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Guggenheim, etc., etc. BTW, there's a place a few blocks away called Eataly. It's an Italian Market with a few restaurants and shops selling wine, gelato, coffee, gift baskets, pastas, sauces, olive oils, sweets and more. Also close by is the Chelsea Market. In conclusion, Its the only place I'll rent while in NY!!"
