  • Better than the Ritz

"My husband and I took our son for his college graduation to NYC and we all could not have been happier with our stay at this fabulous apartment. The owners were wonderful and very responsive from the first time I inquired about the apartment to the very end of our stay. It is better than any hotel could ever be; in fact within the first few minutes of being there my husband said, “This is better than the Ritz”. He could not believe how well stocked the whole apartment was and how clean it was. I have rented a few other VRBOs and none even compare to this! We stayed 5 nights and after we arrived and checked in with the owners we never needed to contact them again until our departure because everything we needed was there and there are directions regarding anything that you might need. The owners have everything covered for you. I already have 3 sets of friends that are looking into staying at this apartment because they have seen our pictures and heard all the amazing things we have said about it. Just wish all VRBOs could be this fantastic. Thank you again to the wonderful owners!"

  • West Village Palooza!

"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."

  • Outstanding, Excellent, spacious, loving, extremely clean and modern and very well located Loft.

"Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The Loft is beautiful, clean and luxurious. Absolutely PERFECT! Clean and spacious Loft in a quiet and lovely neighborhood of Manhattan! It is located on a quiet street but very close to all the cool spots you are looking for in Manhattan. Walking distance to many "Manhattan Must See!" as well as too many parks and Square and of course near some of the best restaurants. The decoration is amazing. The loft is comfortable, very spacious and well-stocked! Everything you need for a luxurious and pleasant stay. I give our full experience 6 STARS! I cannot wait to go back. • Perfect apartment!

"This was my first time staying in the Upper East Side of Manhattan and it was perfect! The location is perfect: a few steps from the park, a few blocks from the subway, wonderful restaurants nearby. You can walk to the Plaza hotel, to the Frick Museum and to the MET. The bed is super comfortable (love the sheets!) and the kitchen has everything you need to whip up a breakfast or heat up leftovers from one of the many restaurants in the area. The owner was so very kind. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient NYC apartment."
