"My husband and I enjoyed our 5th wedding anniversary in May 2015, thanks to a wonderful place to experience how new yorkers live. The hostess is very welcoming and professional. This apartment has many features that let you feel right at home and lets you regain energy to keep exploring the city. We really appreciate that everything we needed was near (subway station, delicious restaurants, wonderful museums, the food emporium) and the neighborhood felt safe any time of the day."

I have recommended this condo to my friends and family, there is no higher praise.
"The other reviewers are exactly right, the condo is lovely and the views are amazing. I decided to discuss some of the other benefits of the condominium.
First, it is very near the Port Authority Bus Terminal, that means you can take the Airporter or Express bus from any of the three major airports and get to the condominium for $16 one way, $9 for seniors. You will have a walk of less than 2 minutes, perfect, and they run every 15 minutes.
We almost always walk or take the subway and the Port Authority has the A,B, & C lines. That means you can easily get to the World Trade Center, several museums, and the theater district. Everywhere else you will probably want to go runs through Times Square station and that is just a 5 minute walk away. The Circle Line boat pier is just a 10 minute walk down 42nd street and I highly recommend you take one of their cruises around Manhattan. If you want to take a taxi there is a queue on 9th so you don't need to try to hail a cab.
There is a very nice deli-market right next door but if you are planning on eating in occasionally there is a Food Emporium, a full service grocery, in the next block. The doorman will direct you. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. We were there for nine days and it was only a day or two before they recognized us and had the door open as we approached. Everyone in the building was very nice, it was fun to be living among 'real' New Yorkers.
We have stayed in VRBO listings all over the world and Susan's was the best by far. The unit books up far in advance so be sure to contact her as soon as you know you will be in NYC."

"We (4 of us) stayed in the apartment and had a great time! The location is awesome - short walking distance to Times Square and the theater district. Grocery store, wine shop and excellent restaurants were all around us. Easy to walk to the subway and easy to get cabs. Very safe, very clean, very quiet and easy to work with Nick. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made life easy for us (pictures are authentic). I'd highly recommend it!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is warm and cozy with wonderful views of the lovely garden. I really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen and watching all the birds. The apartment had just been painted and looks great! Great location as well with a number of great options for food and plenty of transportation nearby. Hoping we will be able to visit soon! PS the bathtub is great for a soak!"
