  • Perfect Location, Fantastic Owners

"A friend and I stayed here for two weeks on business. It was absolutely perfect for us. It is in the heart of the UWS, so there are tons of great shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it is ridiculously close to a large subway stop. The owners were extremely accommodating and even set up a mid-stay maid service for us since we were there for so long. It was clean and had everything we needed. My friend got the master bedroom, and I slept on the pull-out sofa in the second bedroom. It was very comfortable for a sofa bed and I didn't have any problems with it. There is also a crib in the second bedroom if you are traveling with little ones! We felt very safe there and enjoyed our stay very much."

  • Great location, helpful & personable owner!

"My daughter & I needed a place close to various NYU locations and that was comfortable when we needed to get rest. This location was perfect. As stated by others, the bed is a dream. The little we did sleep was done in style and comfort. As a frequent VRBO user around the world, my experience with this location, was that the owner really went above & beyond to make sure you had questions answered as well as offered suggestions (that were spot on) about where to go/what to do if we had free time. We had the pleasure of meeting him & some of his friends, who were very "authentic" New Yorkers! (I lived there back in the day, so I feel comfortable making that statement.) they love their city - for good reason - & were happy to share what parts of it that they could. Great experience. Would like to rent again when the same opportunity comes around next year. Quick responses to any questions and our experience was he was a "solid" person committed to doing things right with his rental. That hasn't always been the case with other vrbo rentals. Our sincere thanks!!"

  • Fun on the 4th of July

"My husband and I and 2 other family members stayed here the first week of July. It was the most fabulous experience we have had individually and together. The apartment itself with the views and location cant be beat. The grocery store is across the street and to the left of the parking garage. It has everything you would need. The Theatre Row Diner downstairs is convenient and has great food, as well as Ollies across the street. The apartment is centrally located to everything attractions, transportation, dining etc. The subway is the most efficient way to get around. We enjoyed a lot of siteseeing but the apartment and balcony itself was breathtaking. We spent the 4th of July on the balcony watching the fireworks and didn't have to get out in the crowd. They were located in the southern part of Manhattan, a little far away but you could also see the Jersey fireworks and for close up views there was the TV. By far my favorite 4th of July Ever!!!! I recommend this place to anyone coming to New York City it has everything there is to offer."

  • Amazing location and apartment!

"This vacation rental was the perfect spot to stay in while I was in NYC. It's right in between Hell's Kitchen and Times Square with a Subway stop literally right next to the building! The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a doorman so it felt safe, as well. Avi, the property manager, is also extremely nice and helpful and I was happy to work with him. I would definitely recommend this apartment! :-)"

Manhattan Vacation Apartments Are a Pragmatic Person's Choice

Learn about the amazing crashes and panics, the Federal Reserve and its function, and Alexander Hamilton's favorite old haunts. Another famous option is Harlem Heritage Tours, with their excellent perspective on the culture and history of Harlem. Make sure you save time for a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art during your visit to Manhattan, and you should also plan a trip to China Town.
