"We had a fabulous two weeks in this apartment. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment was very clean and organized. All the doormen where so nice and helpful. Subway is right there and you can use it to go all over the city. The neighborhood is full of great shopping and great restaurants.
We where very happy with our experience and our accommodations. Looking forward to returning in the near future."

"We had an amazing time staying in this charming, comfortable and exceptionally beautiful home on our visit to NYC this past August. The moment you enter the apartment, you are seduced by the charm and the warmth of the home. In every corner, the apartment shows thoughtful attention to the details of its Georgian heritage while equipped with all the modern comforts. The apartment is well located in a charming neighborhood with abundant wonderful specialty food shops and eateries. The apartment is also within walking distance of many museums and historical sites. We are frequent travelers. When we travel we are eager to discover something special, we want to feel at home. Bill and Sheila are gracious hosts who clearly know how to make their guests feel special and comfortable. We were comfortable, we were happy, we felt at home, and we wished we never had to leave."

"A very nice, well-appointed apartment in a good quiet building and no street noise. Large living room with kitchenette and cozy bedroom. Building owner stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was fine. I have stayed here several times and plan to stay here again in the future. Also great neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, museums, and 10 minute walk to Lincoln Center."

"The building dates from the 1920's, so the studio is not posh; however, as a former New Yorker, I was used to such abodes and I really enjoyed my stay. This studio was perfectly located for my needs. I could visit my old haunts, see friends, and easily buy food at Trader Joe's, which is less than half a block away. The subways and buses are right there, too, no long walks to get to them. I was glad to be able to prepare my own simple meals, but next time I would sample some of the many tantalizing restaurants that populate the area. The apartment was quiet, for the most part, and clean. The kitchen and bathroom sinks are newer and generously sized. I liked the view of rooftop patios from the windows. It was easy to walk to Central Park and across to the Met. I also traveled to MoMA and Columbia U. with no difficulty, and Lincoln Center is very close. Miriam not only was wonderfully helpful, but also generous with her time and perspectives. Yes, I would stay here again."
