"Our family stayed here and not only was it close to subways and the park, but it was also across the street from my brother in law and his family. The apartment is so great that we became the hangout for everyone, including my in-laws. The bedrooms were great, the family room was the center get togethers, and the garden and kids play area were wonderful. We couldn't have been happier, a really perfect place. In addition to the great place, Jamie made it all easy to set up."

"I used to live in New York and I've seen a lot of rental apartments. This apartment was very nice for a rental and had a great layout for our needs. It is not a luxury place and is up 3 flights of stairs but I was very happy with it. There was a nice large bedroom, the living room was in a separate room with a door, and there was a small dining area/entrance foyer. We were able to have our children sleeping in the living room but still have access to the rest of the apartment. The air conditioning worked well in both rooms, the WiFi was good (get the password from the modem in the bedroom) and everything was clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the pull out couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Our elementary aged children were able to sleep on it but adults wouldn't want to.
The apartment is on a quiet street but close to 2 subway lines and the cross town bus so it is easy to get anywhere else in the city. Staying here can give you a great experience of what it is like to live in New York City."

"My second time staying in this fabulous apartment. It is so close to Central Park, the Met, the Natural History museum, and many other attractions and a few minutes walk to two subway lines. We spent 7 nights in the lovely brownstone home, in a gorgeous tree lined street. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and well maintained. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, giving us good advice and even helping us to book tickets to avoid queues, as we were staying during the height of the tourist season. Delicious breakfasts were a bonus too. Lots of great restaurants close by in Amsterdam Ave. Highly recommend a stay here."
