Loved our Stay Here
"We found this the perfect location for our visit to NYC. We had stayed in Midtown before and found this to be accessible to all the sites via subway and bus yet also within a lively community for food, shopping, etc. I would remind people that it is essentially a 4 story walk up but that it is quaint and so "Old New York." I loved it."

"Sweet apartment, modern well-kitted kitchen. We were happy to cook some meals in the apartment rather than eat out all the time. We loved the location and walked everywhere. Apartment is clean and the beds were comfortable and looked new.
I would recommend it; it’s a steal at that price."

"Beautiful space, great character, elegant and functional, a charming retreat from the high energy of New York City when needed, but close to sights and sounds. Gorgeous Steinway Grand piano with a sound fit for Carnegie Hall will tempt any musician along for the trip. Jogging along the Hudson River just down the street, you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower. The townhouse is walking distance to the Subway or to Highline Park. It is located close to great bars and restaurants, many with historic significance (Olio e Piu, Malatesta, Cowgirl Cafe, The Stonewall Inn, White Horse Tavern), and stores (Joe Malone, Rag and Bone, Gourmet Garage). Great little thrift store at St. Luke's, too. But even in New York City, you might just want to stay home some time. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of homey little spots to snuggle in. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half pretty bathrooms. Nesting might be preferred to sight-seeing sometimes. The Courtyard provides precious and comfortable outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails or even dining. But most of all, your host is a total sweetheart. I will always remember this trip fondly."
