  • Great Upper West side studio apartment!

"My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for five days. Everything was just as advertised. The location was perfect: a couple of blocks to Central Park and the Dakota and across the street from the subway at 72 Street and Broadway. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Good water pressure in the shower, too! A great place at a great price. This was our first time using vrbo and it won't be our last. I highly recommend this apartment."

  • Outstanding, Excellent, spacious, loving, extremely clean and modern and very well located Loft.

"Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The Loft is beautiful, clean and luxurious. Absolutely PERFECT! Clean and spacious Loft in a quiet and lovely neighborhood of Manhattan! It is located on a quiet street but very close to all the cool spots you are looking for in Manhattan. Walking distance to many "Manhattan Must See!" as well as too many parks and Square and of course near some of the best restaurants. The decoration is amazing. The loft is comfortable, very spacious and well-stocked! Everything you need for a luxurious and pleasant stay. I give our full experience 6 STARS! I cannot wait to go back. The owners are very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. They were always available and made our stay very easy. Thank you for a great stay! We are definitely coming back! This loft is warn with a great vibe and energy! Fabulous! It will accommodate anyone, friends, family, kids...Love it!"

  • An excellent option

"This apartment is a great option for those who want to spend time in Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn. It is in the heart of the Lower East Side near the Wlliamsburg Bridge, with easy access to East Village, Chinatown, Little italy, Soho, etc etc. Twice we walked across the city to the West Village in under 30 minutes, casual strolling, passing through fascinating areas on the way. Very close to 2 subway lines also. The apartment, as advertised, is large and clean and well furnished. Two TVs, excellent mattress, a hard-wired computer and 2 different WiFi networks. Clean is a big issue, as places in NYC are not always up to the standards of home, but this place is really clean! Awesome view to the west from the 18th floor - maybe all the way to Jersey? As noted by others, the immediate surroundings are a bit grim - parking lots and other high-rise buildings, but at no time did we feel even remotely unsafe. It's a very user friendly area. Ana, the landlady, is extremely helpful and co-operative. There was a little complexity surrounding our arrival time and she worked with us so we got the keys well in advance. One could not ask for a more accommodating owner; she made it all very easy. Even left us with a welcome basket of wine, beer and sundry junk foods. The only qualification is that the cleaning fee ($100) is a bit high when compared to comparable listings in VRBO. Overall, strongly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area."
